Super impressed! I hate going to the dentist just as much as the next person but at Mint they provide you with a tablet and beats headphones and it really helped distract me and pass the time. Loved the staff and hardly any wait time. Definitely recommend.

I just experienced possibly The best customer service and care that I’ve ever received. I walked into this office needing a crown. About to cry. My anxiety out the roof. And Victoria was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. She added gas to my appointment to make me more comfortable. Came in my room and checked on not only me but my husband as well. (Gave him snacks) so thoughtful. Megan was also patient. Took longer than expected. But the way this office made me feel I can’t wven put into words.

Best experience ever at a dental facility ever!! Very friendly staff!! The staff was also very informative!! They really seemed genuinely concerned with my issue and figured out a way to help me even without insurance. They also told me of other discounts to help me with future visits. Dr. Obaid was really gentle and fast with my procedure.

I had sent an e mail as asked when reaching out from a local school for a possible donation for our special education class. I then followed up with a call about a week later. I was told they would pass the call onto someone and get back to me that day. The end of the day was coming up so I called back to see if they had found out anything. The person that answered the phone in the NRH office on 5-6-21 at about 4 in the afternoon was VERY RUDE and stated we are backorded and can’t help you at this time. I asked if I could speak with who I spoke with earlier only to get the same rude response. I asked to speak to the office manager and the person on the phone asked for my name and I gave it to them. I in turn asked for their first name so I could complain about them being rude. They then stated “I don’t have to have this conversation right now” and they hung up. Our school has a lot of community partners that occasionally help out with donations or partnering with us for events. Not only did the person I spoke to have no regard for schools or special education students they obviously need some training on how to communicate over the phone. Again they were very rude and if you cannot even call to talk to someone at this location without being yelled at and hung up on I don’t know why anyone would choose to go here!!!!!!

What a great experience. From the moment you walk in to when you're ready to leave. The atmosphere is so chill. They have Netflix, Hulu, Pandora and a massage chair while you wait! How cool is that? I had a cleaning done and they made sure to explain everything in detail about what to expect. Always a great job and I'm all smiles.

I just had 6 fillings on back to back Monday's.
Very very professional, respectful and knowledgeable on taking care of teeth! I’ve been coming to mint( this location) for about three years. Always great service. I won’t use anyone else. Thank you for getting me in and out!

My experience at the North Richland Hills office was exceptional as are all of my previous visits to other locations! Mint has gained me & my families loyalty, we will continue to seek care here in the future! My dental assistant this visit I believe was Nina, she was great, the hygienist that came in after for my cleaning was nice and quick, up to checking out with Courtney who was very friendly! We looked them up after seeing several advertisements. It was a quick appointment and the day we arrived the staff greeted us so professionally. The waiting room was so cozy. The second time we went in unknown to us the gentleman sitting in the front office that had spoken and laughed with us would turn out to be out treating dentist. This is my first visit and my experience is truly AMAZING! My family of 5 will be using Mint Dentistry from this point on! The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was so relaxing!!! Love the massage chair🙃 and the music!!!

This office was very clean. The women were very professional. They explained everything as they were about to perform a procedure. They went over the results and explained the upkeep program/procedures thoroughly.
I was happy I got to watch NetFlix too. I would recommend this office/clinic to anyone in the area. My wife and two kids will be going there now too. It isn't your typical dentist office.
