I had a wonderful experience. The two ladies in the front were very attentive, and had very vibrant personalities which I enjoyed.
The dental assistant was very sweet and went out of her way to make me laugh and feel comfortable. She is caring but not in a pretentious way, you can tell she actually means it.
My dentist listened attentively and was down-to-earth. The procedure was fast and went by even faster.
I felt very welcomed and it was nice to see people not robots. Great music selection too.

Dr Dillard is awesome as well as the office staff. However, the last time I was there the dental hygienist was not awesome. She started cleaning my teeth and seemed to be in a rush to get my teeth cleaned. She hurt me twice while cleaning my teeth after being told more than once that my mouth was very very sensitive especially since I still have braces on my bottom teeth. She really showed no compassion and basically had me almost in tears when I left the office. I told the office staff to flag my account and to make sure that hygienist does not clean my teeth again. The office staff was very understanding and were apologetic.

Such a pleasant experience! I was super anxious about going to the dentist and knew I needed work done but everyone was so kind and explained everything that was happening. They went over my insurance thoroughly with me and I would definitely recommend them!

Had to go in because my teeth had gotten a little uneven in the back and we’re touching each other when you bite down
And after a while it was bruising the tissue around the tooth root from the constant tapping of my teeth hitting each other
Dr Dillard was able to file down the high spots and made it comfortable to eat again Thanks to Dr Dillard and his Team my life is GREAT 😊 again The Staff is always Pleasant to deal with
And when I was done I went to McDonald’s and got me some french fries.
