I had an absolute amazing experience at Northlake Dentistry! Welcomed with a smile and they already had all my documents and information on file. The office is SO CLEAN and SO MODERN! It is a beautiful office with even better staff! Jean, the office manager made sure everything went smooth during my visit. Laura my hygienist and Dr. Song gave me fantastic patient care! Laura took quick x-rays, thorough cleaning, and truly personalized patient care. Dr. Song explained my x-rays, everything she saw with my oral health, and again treated me with respect and kindness. In this world today it is so hard to find healthcare workers that take true care of you, BUT NORTHLAKE DENTISTRY IS THE DIFFERENCE!! After my cleaning, the front desk was able to check me out and get me on my way. Overall it was a great experience and I appreciate what great patient care they provide. What is better than the patient care is hearing the staff laugh and giggle between each other, that’s how you know it’s a great place when the workers are even happy to be there!!! So happy I found my new dental home!!

I was not expecting to be relaxed at Northlake Dentistry but they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and know what they are doing. They pay attention to how you are doing throughout the appointment and the staff and doctors are open and pleasant. They treated me like I'm a person rather than just another mouth in their chair. An amazing change from the horrific dental experiences I've had since childhood. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Northlake Dentistry!!!!!

Visiting from out of town but was in desperate need of a cleaning, Northlake Dentistry was great! Britany my hygienist was awesome and went the extra mile to ensure I got the needed attention. I appreciate their transparency and hospitality. Would definitely recommend their practice!

This was the most comfortable I’ve ever been while getting dental work done. I had a massage chair relaxing me and Netflix playing on the ceiling. That alone was worth coming back for but they also have awesome dr’s and staff. Dr. Song was so nice and did an amazing job along with the assistants. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr Song and her assistant were very nice during my teeth treatment, made my trips easier than I thought. They are always patient to my questions. Dr Song would think different options for me and explained to me with details and walked me through options that I could have. Staffs there are very friendly and respond to my call pretty quick.

Everyone was super friendly and no one tried to sell me on something I didn’t need. Actually tried to suggest a less expensive cleaning and I appreciated that. I was looking to switch to a new dentist and have many friends at RR looking to do the same. Highly recommend them.

First experience was EXCELLENT! Scheduling was very easy. I asked to be put on a cancel list and they were able to get me in 6 weeks ahead! Staff is friendly. Very good experience with the Hygenist and Dentist is very pleasant, professional and fun. Follow up appointment for a filling was available the next day and went very smoothly. Thank you!!!
