Great team. Always on time starting appointment. Nicest team ever! Denise (hygienist) has made me a fan for life.

The dentist’s office is new with all the latest equipment. Staff is very friendly, and prices are reasonable. I followed Dr. Whinery to this office because as a previous patient of hers, I know how caring and competent she is.
In two separate visits in the past two years, other dentists at my previous dental office recommended multiple fillings and crowns. Dr. Whinery determined most of the recommended fillings were not required and both recommended crowns could be repaired with complex fillings instead. Her conservative approach has spared me approximately five unnecessary fillings and two unnecessary crowns. I am sure I saved over $1,000 of unnecessary work each time. It is worth the longer drive from the Alliance Town Center area to have someone you trust work on your mouth.

I really enjoyed my experience at Northlake Dentistry. Dr. Nguyen and the staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout the whole visit. A big thing for me is that nobody tried to upsell me on unnecessary procedures like other offices I had visited in the past. They’re honest, kind, and did a FANTASTIC job. I will definitely be returning, and plan on bringing my family here as well.

Wow, what a great experience, something you don’t normally get to say about a trip to the dentist! From the front desk to the dentist, everyone has been friendly and helpful. The office manager was able to clearly explain the insurance portion of things, Dr. Nguyen has been very insightful and thorough in putting a plan together to address all my needs while accommodating my schedule, and Bethany is clearly the gold standard of hygienists! Finally found a dentist I don’t dread going to!

**Update to previous review** Little do people know, there is a large underground battle raging between the office managers of dental offices around the world, fittingly called DOOM (Dental Office Office Managers). In these battles, Sheavon has proven herself time and time again to be the greatest champion DOOM has ever seen! With almost acrobatic deftness and skill, she has never encountered a problem, question, or concern that she couldn't address quickly and accurately, and she has routinely defeated all other office managers who dare challenge her greatness!

In all seriousness, from my very first appointment she may as well have said "Go get your teeth fixed, I'll take care of the rest". She's helped me so much with insurance questions, appointment scheduling, referrals, you name it. Northlake Dentistry is very lucky to have her on staff, and all you future patients out there will be just as lucky to work with someone so friendly and helpful. Three cheers for the DOOM champion!!!

Our experience at Northlake Dentistry was a great one, and we will continue to use them for all our dentistry needs! The staff was professional and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had info that we needed. We came away with very clean teeth and peace of mind about a future procedure with them! Everyone should come here! The entire staff is courteous, professional and considerate of the needs of their patients. The facilities are clean and contemporary in design. Masks and social distancing protocols are actually enforced here, and that makes me feel even safer during this pandemic.

Jessica who works at the front desk is awesome, as is Dr. Song and Shonda.

The staff are absolutely amazing! Nice clean office with state of the art resources. They have patient comfort in mind during your entire visit, from your gentle back massage chair to watching Netflix while your pearly whites get shiny!

A little over a month ago my 10 yr old took a fly ball to the mouth!! COMPLETELY ripped his 2 front PERMANENT adult teeth from his mouth!!!
Dr. Kevin Nguyen and the staff at Northlake Dentistry have SERIOUSLY gone above and beyond. Dr. Nguyen did not hesitate to meet people he had never met (we were not patients before but we sure are now!) AFTER HOURS. He opened his doors to our concerned baseball family of coaches, parents and half the team that sat in the waiting room praying for healing. The compassion that Dr. Nguyen and his staff showed that night and at what has felt like our weekly visits since, I cannot begin to put into words. From staff coming out of their offices to see how my son is healing, to a phone call from Dr. Nguyen himself while on paternity leave to check in when he couldn’t be at the office, to help with insurance and referrals and guidance through this unusual situation. Everything just amazing!

Dr. Nguyen's and his staff are like diamonds in the rough. We use to go to a big practice out of Dallas, and became very unhappy with their service and prices...

I called the office, and was not in the biggest hurry to make an appt, but they got me in fast. This staff was very friend and courteous on the phone. They also made my intake fast and bearable.

I ended up needing to have repairs done, and the projected costs were not too bad. These are good people. I highly recommend!
