Their communication is horrid. You never really know if you're going to spend 20 minutes or 2 hours there. Next kid will just have to be buck-toothed. Not messing with this corporation again.

Their service/procedures are great, but the wait time to see the orthodontist is horrible. Waiting room time is anywhere from 1-2 hours. The people are very friendly, they just need to adjust their waiting room time.
