I called for Ortho consultation appointment, I was asked if I had done a cleaning in the last 6 month, I said no. I was told I could still go in for a consultation and schedule for cleaning at a later date. On the date of appointment, after checking in, I waited about 10 minutes, then I was told they wouldn't be able to do a consultation until I do a cleaning. What a waits of my time; they shouldn't have scheduled me in the first place. Otherwise, the place is clean.

No one answers the phone. After hours of waiting I’m taken back but the girl who cleaned my teeth left nasty gummy fluoride on my teeth and it tasted and felt disgusting. My teeth don’t even feel clean.
