I have been dealing with a toothache the past few days. Unfortunately it started Friday night and has been nonstop pain. I went in and my blood pressure was too high which is never an issue. Assuming it was caused by the feeling of death torture in my mouth. So they discussed that I would need to take some meds to help bring down the pain level and the crazy blood pressure. I asked if I could still get the numbing shot to help ease the pain. It was an amazing time while I was there. Can’t wait to return and heave this tooth pulled from its home. Highly recommend to anyone needing some quick help.

I wish our first experience with Dr Bob Mandel was a good one but I was very disappointed. Went in with me and my children. I had X-rays and was told what the plan would be and he handed me a booklet, while he checked on other patients as well as my children, his assistant prepared my tray etc. After 2 hrs I was told I had to reschedule my appt. The doctor left without answering any of my questions about the procedure I now had to reschedule and he also did my childrens cleanings etc and left without telling me anything, my daughter said he did a filling on a cavity on her and my son said he was good but mentioned the doctor saying he was going to be right back to pull my daughters baby tooth that still wasn’t out? The tooth my children told me is an adult tooth? Then they messed up my appt that was rescheduled and had to reschedule again until the end of the month. I also requested a call regarding my childrens visits and how they went since he just left on us. Still awaiting lol. Use to really love this place. My first impression of him was good but that changed quickly. I still don’t know if he was changing gloves when bouncing from one patient to the next.

Tyler in the front desk was very helpful, she was so nice and helped me figure out everything with my insurance, the lady tianna that was assisting the doctor was very sweet and answered all my questions with all the information I needed. I definitely recommend coming here!!

I would 100% recommend this dentist office. They were all kind, sweet and all cared what they were doing. I went in to get my tooth looked at, and I really thought they was gonna pull it. BUT! Bob was sweet and caring and we proceeded with a root canal, I felt no pain after the procedure. I do have to go back to get the tooth finished. 10/10 best dentist in SETX ❤️
