It's been a while since I had seen the dentist but they made it clear on everything that I needed and even helped me decide what needed to be done sooner then the others and helped me with payment options from something they offer overall great visit definitely coming back to get my smile fixed

Dr Gomez an the staff were amazing. I know in the past I was nervous going there. But he was so kind and patient. He walked me through it all and the staff made sure I was fully taken care of. Definitely got more than what I was expecting. ❤️

Today was my first time in; in a while. Dr Gomez and his team did a great job. They ran behind a bit; but they kept informed and got down to business when they got me to the back. They were direct and gave me options when it came to my treatment plan. It was a good experience and will be returning to let him complete the work he started.

I'm 16 never been to a dentist before never had any problems nothing. Insurance said I needed to go, I went in perfectly fine and staff is nice sure, but it's been over 2 months and my teeth are sensitive, I can't eat without horrible pain and when I called at the 2 week mark to ask questions all they wanted to do was set me up for another appointment. The filling is obviously chipping, falling out or something because it was just the one side at first then it got to be a problem on 3 out of 4 teeth they worked on. We are going to a better one soon. I hope people choose a good dentist office to begin with, because this is horrible.
If you need a check up or something done about your teeth go to people that know what they are doing. A 3 star rating obviously isn't a place you should trust. So thank you to the people at smile zone taking our money messing up my teeth and making us pay more to fix the problems you guys created. I'll give it to you, y'all were nice the place is clean and all but I should not be having pain over 2 months after my appointment, that's unacceptable.

Worst experience of my life, I drove from Amarillo for an extraction because they could get me in the next day I called. I went in with out reading the reviews and I encountered nothing that I like in a dentist office. I didn’t once get a conversation. You know like to lighten a mood? But then finally the dr comes in.. I can’t even tell you here name because she talked to my back the whole time! She wants took look at the tooth but continue to discuss my other teeth. I’m only here for one specific reason! So I advise that I only want a certain tooth extracted! This woman takes her metal instrument and continues to hit my teeth saying “does this hurt does that hurt?” Well of course it hurts!!!! Everything hurts! So I got upset, respectfully. I asked to leave to pay my exam. Then the lady wants to write me a RX for pain. Like NO MAM! I trusted you with something that’s not easy and you hurt me I don’t trust you know and so no I don’t need your ibuprofen I have plenty. I got into my regular dentist finally and I asked him why she would of done this because I have never experienced it before and he couldn’t figure out why this dentist would of done this because hitting an EXPOSED NERVE WITH METAL IS EXCRUCIATING! I don’t recommend this dentist to anyone. I wish I knew her name, but I will say she was the Korean lady. Office lady’s were very nice to me, and apologized so I did appreciate them trying!

Good work appointment was quick, however it was like an hour and a half past appointment time before he was seen..

I had a wonderful experience! I called in this morning to make an appointment and they scheduled me at 1 pm! Literally, was so last minute, but they were great. The staff was friendly to me. I do not have my own phone right now, but they let me use the phone. They were all nice! Dr. Phan asked me if I wanted the numbing shot and I said no. I felt no pain. They took x-rays. Also, they removed 4 cavities and put in fillings. It only took about an hour! The wait time was not long at all. God bless you guys! Thank you so much! My mom and I are so pleased!

They were very nice and helpful made us feel great too be there.I would definitely recommend them.

Listen, I read the reviews on this place while I was in the waiting room and they scared the hell out of me, but I had an amazing experience here as someone who has severe dental anxiety. I had to get four back to back tooth extractions and they were so kind and understanding. They gave me the laughing gas complementary because they could tell I was afraid, one of the assistants even held my hand during the painful shot part, (embarrassing how comforting that was for a 25 year old woman but I digress) I think a lot of these reviews are referring to when another dentist was there because they were so kind and accommodating and I healed from 4 TOOTH EXTRACTIONS IN A WEEK.

Dr Gomez was great helped my son and mother in law and left very satisfied
