Pearland Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

There are always a lot of internal changes at this office and the customers are never properly notified. For the customer, it's a comfort issue when you expect one thing but get something new without it being communicated to you.

I didn't know that my dentist changed on this appointment. However, I actually like her better than the previous dentist I was seeing. Allow your customers to get familiar with the persons who are going to be all up in our personal space, I'm just saying!

I always know my hygienist better than I know my dentist. I absolutely LOVE Ms Tammy! Please don't ever let her go.

Dr. Anusha Joseph is extremely skilled and has a Wonderful bedside (chair side) manner! She explains in such helpful detail and is very patient with her patient.
Her assistant (Kim) Kimberly…Absolute pleasure. She’s kind, knowledgeable and just perfect for her position.
Nickie Tran did an excellent job scaling my teeth and then explaining how I can improve in caring for them.
Justin (?) explained the cost and what I owe in such a kind and once again Very knowledgeable and professional!

I’ve been going to this dentist office for the past two years and I have had excellent service every time. Megan at the front desk is always so nice and professional. Dr. Patel and Nickie, the hygienist, are always awesome and knowledgeable. Jesenia took my X-rays this last appointment, and they were quick and comfortable. Overall, excellent experience and would definitely recommend this office!! 😃

I was really nervous going into this appointment since I haven't been to a dentist for about 15 years. Everyone from the dental assistant (sorry, I didn't get her name) to the hygienist (Tammy) to the dentist (Dr. Patel) went out of their way to help me feel comfortable and relaxed during my appointment. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly to me. I will definitely return to this dentist office

I have been visit this location for many years. For most of the time, I’m not very satisfactory. It is very convenient, easy to make appointment, cancel an appointment and reschedule. Most the time, the staff at the front desk a very polite. Except one occasion , i was ignored and waited for 20 minutes, until I approached the front desk. The dental hygienist and the doctors are very professional, very nice and concern my dental issues.

Pearland Modern Dentistry never ceases to amaze. Dr. Elizondo and all are professional at all times but treat us like family. For 10 years, my wife and kids have trusted PMD to take care of our dental needs and we’ve had outstanding results. Patrice Le has been the ultimate hygienist and again, treats us like family. They deserve a 10 star rating!

2 words "love it!" Front receptionist not 2 friendly. They are always on the phone. Seemed to busy 2 greet customers. I was late 4 my appt but they fit me in. I.waited about 20 min. I was about 10-15 min late. Appt lasted about 1hr 30min. It was an initial and new pt. They did alot of x- rays and pictures, took my blood pressure, screen for gum/ mouth cancer. They explained everything the good and bad. Rosa was awesome and friendly. I would highly recommend her and person who assisted her... I forgot her name. She asked questions to get to know me and my teeth/mouth. They also hv a benefits specialist to assist with what your insurance will and will not pay. Also hv a good payment plan online. Rosa was great with my teen and will also be seen here 4 orthodontist care next month. Definitely an all in 1 stop shop. I would highly recommend. Had an extensive assessment.

I recently start coming here about a year ago and I can say that normally when you go to the dentist it's not a great experience. I can truly say that the times I have visited her has been wonderful. Everyone is awesome. From the receptionist to my hygienist Tammy! I absolutely adore her! I just want to send a shout out to everyone! Thank you taking care of your patients!

After 3 years of coming to Pearland Modern Dental, I still say they are fantastic. They are caring, knowledgeable and give an honest bill that agrees exactly with what my insurance says they cover. I paid less than half of what 3 other dental companies were telling me that a partial deep cleaning should cost. I will be paying a third of what the 3 other dental offices were going to charge for 3 month maintenance appointments. The other companies were sneaky about their billing and asked me to sign that if I didn't pay, they could come after me. Pearland Modern Dentist is like a breath of fresh air! I am so grateful to finally have a new dentist after 5 months of searching. Dr. Parth Patel is my dentist, and he is still fantastic

Back office staff are way better than the Front staff and they are the only reason why I come back. I just grit my teeth to get through the nasty attitude of the front office boy Justin - who BTW should not have a job until he learns the Dos and Don't of Customer service. He has a very rude attitude and no sense of what is confidential health info or not. Beyond that, I really like the actual medical staff!
