I have had my first visit to dentist office after a while because of Covid. I always feel nervous about seeing a hygienist for my teeth cleaning but I am super impressed with Makai that she made it very convenient. Also, doctor Liu and Araceli were super friendly as well. Overall, my visit to Pflugerville Family Dentistry was fabulous and happy to go there next month for follow up visit.

The Dentist Office is the last place I want to be. I always get extremely tense. My experience with Pflugerville Family Dentistry was actually good. My exam and cleaning went well. Everything was explained throughout the process. I was offered a blanket and even tinted glasses so the light wasn’t beaming in my eyes. It all went well. I will never get excited to go to the Dentist but they made it so easy to relax that the next trip will be easier.

I had an awesome experience here. I typically have anxiety around going to the dentist, but the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so nice and friendly, it made me feel comfortable. The dentist who saw me was also very friendly and took time to answer any questions I had.
I highly recommend this Dentist office - everyone was very friendly, and especially during COVID, they are taking precautions to make everyone feel safe.

Wasted my time even after telling me they would bond a gold plate back onto a tooth. Then even the "doc" told me if x-rays and exam did not show a cavity or infection, she would accommodate my request only to refuse since her "recommendation" was an implant or full crown, neither of which I am interested in or want. Go somewhere, where their word means something.
Added after response... it had nothing to do with the "dental code" evidenced by another highly rated dentist taking care of it without trying to pressure me into something I didn't want or need.

Extremely friendly and professional, The Dental Tech/Nurse who first spoke with me was very personable and friendly, made it easy to relax and get things done while also communicating what was happening and why. The whole team is very keen on communicating and keeping the patient (me) informed.
