Update:
Had my wisdom teeth removed here on a Thursday and till Saturday I had excessive swelling, I called up the doctor and he said he forgot to prescribe the steroids after surgery. He said he will prescribe soon. A day went and I didn't get my prescription filled, I called up doctor again on Sunday and he said is doing it now.
So the doctor forgot to prescribe the essential medication twice and I was suffering for 3 days.
Upon calling them after few weeks to discuss this issue they blamed it on a technical system issue (even though the doctor said on the call earlier that he forgot). My question was if it was a technical issue, how did I get my other medication and not this one? But they kept blaming it on the system.

I left feeling discouraged and upset. I was told that I would be getting a X-ray and seen by a dentist for free for my consultation but that didn’t happen . I got money talk told an high figure. I wasn’t trying to buy a car. Dental care in this country is a joke.

I love Pflugerville Family Dentistry ! I could not have had a better experience with my daughters braces. They have a very efficient check in process and stay very organized to where there is never a long wait. We love Pilar and look forward to Having her change out rubber bands and whatever maintenance needs to be done on the braces And she always make sure to answer our questions Thoroughly. Dr. Munn is very knowledgeable And the entire staff here is friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond during Covid to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for general dentistry or braces. 5 stars !!!!

I’m really pleased with my experience here! I had my first appointment with them this week, and not only were they very thorough, but also incredibly nice and friendly. Throughout the appointment, they kept checking in with me to see how I was doing and ask if I had any questions. Also, the location itself is very clean and trendy (didn’t know that was such a thing for a dentist) so it is fun to go to!
