I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time and was glad I came across this dental office for the standard check-up and cleaning. The staff were all so nice and knowledgeable! I have anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist and they were able to put me at ease. I recieved the talk from my hygienist about flossing more regularly without feeling patronized or embarrassed. After my cleaning and exam, found out I have a few cavities but I'm really excited to start my journey to healthier teeth with Pflugerville Family Dentistry! Can't recommend them enough! If nothing else, go for the goody bag given at the end of each cleaning (lol) and I'll bet you'll end up staying for the people and service!

I highly recommend Pflugerville Family Dentistry. I had stress and anxiety over the procedure I needed done. AB took great care of me. He explained every thing and always made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Wang was equally caring and made sure I was as pain free during the procedure. I’ve always avoided visits to the dentist, but because of the care I received I will definitely be seeing Pflugerville Family Dentistry again.

Pflugerville family dentistry was all around phenomenal! As a new patient my entire process from first signing up, through the paperwork process, and through my first visit was made simple and quick! Staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. Facility is modern and nice. Insurance questions and payment questions were welcomed. My doctor and hygienist took great care of me with emphasis on my individualized plan of care, preventative care, and health promotion. Great place!

I hate to go to the dentist but they are the best! I never have to wait because they are always on time. They use state-of-the art equipment, the technicians are fantastic, and the facility is immaculate. If you need a dentist, I can highly recommend Pflugerville Family Denistry.

My family has been going to Pflugerville Family Dentistry for the past 5-6 years and we have nothing but good experiences to share. The latest visit, which prompted this review, was exceptional. My youngest daughter is 6 and she is always nervous and fearful when it comes time to visiting the dentist or doctor’s office. I had to take her in to get a cavity filled and I thought they were going to have to numb the tooth and it would take a little while to complete the procedure so I was nervous cause I knew my daughter wasn’t going to take it well. The dental assistant (unfortunately I can’t remember his name) and the dentist (Dr. Adan) saw just how nervous she was and immediately went to work making her comfortable by distracting her with playful silliness. The assistant pretended he had Elsa’s magical powers with his tool and Dr. Adan sang “Let It Go” the whole time while also explaining what she was doing in kid terms every step of the way. To my surprise they were done in less than 5 minutes, and the best part is they didn’t have to numb her up (I think that was due to the cavity only being on the surface of the tooth). I just wanted to write this review because I really appreciated how well they worked together to keep my daughter calm, it just really made my day.

Very impressed with this practice. This is the first time I've gone to a dentist appointment and haven't immediately started to think about where I want them to transfer my x-rays because I wasn't coming back.

Honestly, it's the bedside manner for me. They have a bunch of little amenities that alone aren't that big a deal, but add a special touch that shows how thoughtful they are. My comfortability was the priority. Everything was explained thoroughly and the dentist checked in frequently to see if I had questions. My dental assistant was very friendly and explained everything before doing it.

What I was most impressed by was my check out procedure. They take you to and office to sit down versus having to stand at the front desk. All payments were explained in detail and I asked frequently if I had questions. We spent some time working on scheduling my next visit, which was a little difficult because they're so busy. We decided on a date and time that I could make work. But the next day she reached out with a different time that would worm better to see if I wanted to reschedule. I thought it was going above and beyond to remember our conversation about what times work best for me, notice a cancelation, and think to call and offer me a reschedule.

Overall, I would totally recommend everyone to this practice. The fact that they're busy lends to the fact that they have such great customer service. The little things matter here and it's what makes me trust them with my oral care.

Always have a good visit! Dr. Mun is always explains everything! Is working hard to get my teeth right! Couldn’t be happier! She is so cute! She is always humming a little tune! Really relaxing!
