I just moved to Austin, and found myself in need of urgent dental care, the scheduling was a breeze and for a same day. They reviewed the charges, which were totally in line with my expectations! And the staff!!! The nicest group from the receptionist, to the dental assistant and the Dentist was kind and professional!! Highly recommend!

I have no idea why so many good reviews (mostly for cleanings). They did a bad job with 2 crowns and now they keep postponing to fix one of them. Ridiculous! All they visits were below expectations. I called today 5 times to get the appointment and Tiffany keeps rejecting my request. They say the next appointment is on January and I cannot eat on the left side since May 2022. I was out of town for a while and had colds and other issues but since they did a MISTAJE, this should be considered an emergency!

Went for check-up and cleaning. They always check blood pressure, and mine was too high to do cleaning. They did the x-rays and examination, and rescheduled cleaning. I need to take blood pressure meds in morning before next appointment (I appreciate their caution). All personnel were professional, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Pflugerville Family Dentistry.

Staff was excellent and everyone was polite. I appreciate them for trying. My fillings first set fell out within 2 hours of my visit the second set lasted for like 2 months. The deep gum cleaning hurt and my mouth swelled and that isn't supposed to happen but maybe that's more on me idk I'm not a dentist. Make sure you fully understand your bills and know exactly what your paying for. I do appreciate the staff being so kind and understanding of my 💉 phobia and taking the time to work through the process of getting oral injections 💉. Dentists are personal choices since its a very personal experience for each person. They just weren't my fit but maybe they will be for you.

I was a customer here and had to cancel the upcoming appointment. It was a billing issue and 5 months later they are contacting me when I thought everything was settled. I had a crown done with these guys which I had to go into the office couple of times because they couldn't get it right. Five months later I received a email which stated I owe them 53 dollars. I paid 344 out of my pocket for my part and the rest is covered by the insurance company. Found a better dentist near me and won't be going back to this place.
