Pflugerville Family Dentistry

What a wonderful 1st visit we had at Pflugerville Family Dentistry today. Our family just moved here and we were all a little nervous about going somewhere new after being with the same dentist for 12 years. We instantly felt at ease as Everyone in the office was super friendly and welcoming. Dr Wang was patient, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Maria explained all of our recommended treatments and the financial piece as well. We definitely found a gem with this practice and would recommend it to all our friends and family. Thank you staff at Pflugerville Family Dentistry for a great experience.

Dr. Mun and his excellent team have been taking care of my dental needs for years, and yesterday was a typical example of friendly, capable service by Dr. Mun and his assistant, Selena, who did not just demonstrate dental procedure, but took extra care to make sure my experience was positive and painless. I have a complicated dental history involving cancer surgery and radiation, which Dr. Mun graciously understands and accommodates. I am always in good hands at Pflugerville Family Dentistry.

Had a much-dreaded extraction. If there is such a thing as a great extraction, this was one. Thanks to
Dr. Lee and her assistant for their excellent work.

Great experience! I just changed to this location and was able to fill out all the forms online prior so when I got there I didn't have to fill out anything additional and barely had to wait (usually I feel like I'm always spending most of my time waiting at the dentist). But once inside they were attentive and actually barely waited bc the hygienist and dentist came in a timely manner.

I’m usually very anxious and nervous about dentist appointments. But the girls took such great care of me while being kind, gentle and professional way that I was calm and happy. Thank you so much! 💛

Walked in to get patient paper work at 1:30. Office looked abandoned, no one at the front desk, in the hallway, etc. Anyone could have walked in and gotten patient records from the front desk or other offices which also had no one in them. There were 2 other patients waiting, one masked, one not, despite the signs stating that patients be masked. There was a sign saying masks are required and take a mask, but there were no masks in the holder. There is another sign saying no food or drink allowed, but there was a backpack with an open drink sitting in the waiting area. I called the office from my cell, but there was no answer. 2 more people walked in, without masks. There are now 5 people waiting, only 2 masked. A random guy in street clothes comes from the back, unmasked, leans on the wall and stares at those waiting. Then several staff members come out, all unmasked. They are laughing and talking loudly, taking pictures with their cell. One lady turns to those waiting, points to the desk and says "you all can just check in and have a seat. We're closed and we'll be with you at 2" I left and called back later. I asked about them being closed, there were no signs. She said "It should be on our website" It isn't on their website, or anywhere else, that they close for lunch from 1-2. Based on their office being left open and patient information unattended in an empty office, their obvious disregard for their own safety protocols, and their rude behavior, I will not trust them with my dental care. I would give them no star rating

Thank you Jessica for a the first pain free experience I’ve ever had the dentist! I hate going to the dentist with a passion because I have some sensitive areas that no one seems to care about that feels like nails in my mouth every time I get a cleaning. Jessica went out of her way to ask about them and even put a little numbing cream beforehand in the sensitive spots. I will be coming back for sure and asking for her every time.

At 68, I have seen more dental offices than I can remember and more changes since they discovered fire. I keep thinking-why didn't they exist when I was 12 years old and getting drilled on by the "Dentist of Pain", Dr Dennis, of Roeland, Park KS. I love this place and everyone associated with it. Every time I go I think, what do they eat? Everyone is polite, friendly, professional and warm. Awesome place.

Everyone is very nice professional and great customer service. Working in the medical field that means a lot to me. Very nice I found this location. I was able to get in a day after I scheduled my appointment. Thank you

As always the staff is super friendly & helpful. Bonus, pricing is fair and transparent. I really recommend them !!!
