If a zero was an option it would definitely be a zero. This was by far the worse dental experience in my life. It took hours for my tooth to get extracted and months to heal due to broken pieces left behind. After several visits and lots of pain I finally had to grab a mirror and a Q-tip and remove the tooth fragments myself. It wasn't until then that I finally got relief and healed. Dr. Quach also hit my front teeth when the tool he used for the extraction slipped. It hit me so hard it felt like my teeth were broken causing pain for days, he had to check them on my next visit. After a long wait I finally got my partial, sad to say again another disappointment :( The partial was so tight that it pinched and cut my gums, made sores and cut my tongue. I was in excruciating pain so much that I wanted to pass out. I think the best thing Dr. Quach should have done was to refer me to a specialist since he didn't have the experience to do the extraction. I refuse to go back my experience has been bad and very, very, painful. As for my crown, I hate it! It's big and bulky and causes me to bite my cheek. Please, please, please don't expect to get the dentist and the excellence of Dr. Diaz. He was a superior dentist and in no way is Dr. Quach equal to him. I hope this helps in your decision and if you still decide to see Dr. Quach can't say I didn't warn you. Yes, Dr. Quach and his staff are very polite but don't let that fool you. I often wonder why all of Dr. Diaz staff also left ?. After my bad experience with Dr. Quach he thinks he did an excellent job. How is this possible? I am the patient and I feel the pain if any one should know how good or bad his work is, it's me... I don't understand how he can be a part of Dentist Who Care and do this :(
Oh by the way, they'll be asking you for a good review so you can be entered in a $50 basket giveaway. Please don't let that get in the way of your honest review it's not worth it...

The dignity and respect you get from the moment you call until the services are rendered and you walk out of the office are the ultimate. Here you are not just a patient, you are a friend and the staff including Dr. Quach are always friendly and attentive to each friend's needs. The final touch to make your experience at Sapphire Dental much more enjoyable would be cheese and wine... (I know this is too much to ask, LOL)

staff is really knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. The dentist really knows what he's doing and was able to accommodate my daughter asap for emergency care....I LOVED IT...THEY REALLY MAKE U FEEL LIKE FAMILY....never going anywhere else....o they also let u stay with ur kids during the whole thing.....
