So I just got done doing and working interview for his office and I would say doctor Dickson is so rude!!!! He talks to you like you were stupid, he throw instrumented because something wasn’t in the room but I didn’t even set it up... he treat you like you have no idea what you were doing and rolling his eyes at you.. As me and him were in the room with the patient he asked me to type in some notes and I was going to type notes and he made a smart ass remarks all I did was ask him nicely not to talk to me like that and all he did was kick me out of his office and his Manager was agreeing with him without even hearing what I had to say like I was making it up... I’ve been a dental assistant and 4 years and I’ve never experienced this before... I will definitely recommend nobody to work for him... and that’s probably why he doesn’t have a second assistant....
