The Dentist and Dental Hygienist are incredible and will get your teeth fixed and cleaned right. I got my Invisalign here and would highly recommend if you are looking to straighten or whiten your teeth at a reasonable price. I get text to remind me of my upcoming appointments and they accept my dental insurance.

I've been struggling trying to find a Dentist who actually cared to help and assist me with my needs. Dr. Ku and his ELITE TEAM are the BEST EVER. They made me feel extremely comfortable & cared for. Dr. Ku is so kind & patient, he came to introduce himself and he takes his time to explain many things they're going to be doing and NOT just having me sit anxiously, while him and his team whisper in a corner over my charts/x-rays. I felt extremely valued as a patient and there's no where else you can get that from other than in this office. His team were incredibly professional & extremely friendly! Their work is flawless & efficient! I felt so extremely confident & refreshed coming out of their office , I couldn't stop smiling for the entire rest of my day. Thank you Dr. Ku & your amazing team!

Dr. Ku, of Plano Dental Excellence, has been my dentist for many years. He is not only good at what he does, he also has a very calming presence. I am comfortable with him and trust him to do what is best for my dental health.
Any good office needs a good staff and the staff at Plano Dental Excellence is beyond good - they are excellent! From the minute I walk in, I feel like family! I am greeted and welcomed by name. Although I rarely get to sit in the waiting area, it is pretty and comfortable. The office is so organized that they are almost always ready for me right away. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment.
I have had dental needs outside of office hours, and I’ve always been able to communicate with the staff via voicemail and texting. They are good at getting back to me promptly!
Dr. Ku’s hygienist is the best! She is so open and friendly, I feel like I’m visiting a friend. And she’s never hurt me or made my gums sore. My only regret is that I cannot talk to her as much as I’d like to.
Dr. Ku only hires the best technicians and trains them well. The doctor and the technician work together as a good team. They communicate well and in calm tones. This helps to assure me that I am in good hands.
I’ve been to Plano Dental Excellence for bi-yearly checkups, cleanings, and for my major and minor dental needs. I plan to continue going to Dr. Ku’s office for all my dental needs, great and small.

Amazing experience! So sad that they are OON with my insurance, otherwise, I would pick Dr. Ku and his crew to be my forever dental place! Hoping that I could switch to another insurance that'll be in network :(
The communication is awesome. Trisha, Kortni, and Dr. Ku are all superb at their jobs. They are friendly, honest, open, and super comfortable to be around!

A crown I had for more than 20 years fell out. Dr. Ku, who I have been seeing for about a year and a half, answered my distressed text message by getting me in the next day and fitting me with a temporary crown. I did not want to worry about my tooth while on an upcoming vacation. Thanks to Dr. Ku I will have peace of mind!
