For starters, if I could give Vitality Dental 10 stars I would. I haven’t had any major dental work done in over 10 years. My previous dental experience (i.e... 10 years ago) was horrific. I’ve been searching for several months to find a new dental home. I came to Vitality Dental two weeks ago, had a wonderful exam and scheduled my appointment. I DO NOT like pain at all and I originally wanted to be put to sleep due to the horrific experience I had 10 years ago. However Dr. Kung and Kathy told me that I had nothing to worry about. I knew they were going to take excellent care of me when they sent an email following my appointment stating “My team and I are going to take great care of you”. Less than one week later I had a root canal, four fillings replaced, a crown, and a tooth extraction done all in the same day. I was very nervous before my appointment but I absolutely DID NOT feel a thing (PAIN FREE). Dr. Kung and his entire staff are AMAZING!!!! Kathy also made sure I made it home okay and checked on me the next day. By far the BEST experience I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend Vitality Dental to everyone.

I cannot say enough how wonderful Vitality Dental really is. I honestly think it's one of those "you have to see for yourself" kind of things. Here are just a few things, off the top:
1. The nicest staff you've ever met. Guaranteed. I somewhat challenge anyone to find friendlier staff at any type of medical office. They are so pleasant, so kind, and so good at what they do. Every. single. person.
The friendly person who makes your appointment and slots you in? Yeah, you're gonna love her. The person who checks you in when you arrive? Yeah, you're gonna love her. The friendly person who does your X-rays? Yeah, you're gonna love her. Your hygienist? Yeah, you're gonna love her. Your dentist? Yeah, you're gonna love him.
Kathy, Maddie, Sydney (sorry if I misspelled your name!) and Dr. Kung have created something truly extraordinary with this practice and I’m always happy to see them! You really have to meet them to know.
2. Atmosphere. Some dental offices now try to truss things up with fancy spas, iPods, and other such distractions. I don't buy it. I'm not here for a spa. I'm here to have something terrible done to my mouth and I'm scared! Let's just be honest! Vitality is great at focusing on *real* atmospheric elements like soft colors, comfortable chairs, soft music, and a very relaxing atmosphere.
3. Technology. Do you hate biting down on those weird mouthguard things and then waiting, waiting, waiting for the camera to be dragged out of some closet off to the side? Don't worry! They'll be using a portable camera to minimize the time you have to have that mouthguard in. Vitality uses the latest technology to ensure the best level of care possible. They really go all out with it, too!
4. Fear, begone! If you're a normal human being from planet earth, you probably don't like the dentist. If so, you'll want to go nowhere else than here. My husband is *terrified* of dentists, and they were so very accommodating and took such good care of him! I'm so impressed with their good nature and care. Seriously.
All in all, I challenge anyone to find a better practice. Go on, I'm waiting. ❤️

Dr Kong is exceptional. He is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I went to several dentists to get their opinion, because of some extensive and expensive dental work I need done, leaving frustrated and overwhelmed. Then I went to Dr. Kong and I feel very confident that I made the right decision to have him do the work. His Xray equipment is far superior to the other dentists I went to, I can see exactly what he is doing and why, he explained it all very well and he is taking special precautions based on what he saw in the Xray, which I am grateful for. He did part of the procedure and he was careful, I felt nothing, and I am very happy with the results.
