Wonderful staff and doctors. Very informative. They also make crowns in office so you don't have to deal with temporary ones.

Didn't have my correct insurance information, never thought to call to tell me. I had to call first thing to confirm, she then told me they were booked the rest of the day and wasn't able to get me until the next year after I called to schedule this appointment two weeks ago. She was very rude and continued saying that she's not going to even call until next year so we have to have to do this all over again. Caroline Novak lacks customer service skills and is too lazy to do her job.
