Our family has been coming to West Plano Modern Dentistry since Oct '16 when we moved from another state. I have been to many dentists in my days, and have a higher than normal expectation with dental services. I cannot say enough great things about this practice! Dr Partow is a FANTASTIC leader and highly skilled dentist! Her employees love working there and for her and it shows! They are great to work with, very friendly and authentic. I had some major issues that needed repaired and I remember pain from previous dentists - Dr Partow was so gentle, I did not feel a thing and was surprised when it was all over. They are honest and fair. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone!!

I had an appointment last Monday and I left this office scarred. The hygienist told me I had gum disease. I was in disbelief. I brush my teeth twice a day and floss very heavily. They sent the doctor in. He told me it wasn't as bad as the lady said it was. Which makes you second guess everything. Do I or do I not have gum disease I thought. So that is the most important thing. Another thing was my mother had just took my siblings there. She didn't say anything about them charging a fee to be seen during Covid. The FOM told me it was something new they're doing. I informed her they should let patients know about a fee while scheduling the appointment. She didn't like that and caught an attitude with me stating some insurance companies may cover that. I feel as though it's not thoughtful to the patients insurance who won't cover it. Back to the gum disease I allowed them to do a regular cleaning because I already told my job I'd be coming in late due to me going to the dentist and I wanted a cleaning done. I'm laying in the chair and I hear Rachel the FOM along with the doctor talking about me because I didn't want to pay the fee and I was asking a lot of questions. In the middle of my cleaning I got up walked to the front and told them how hurt I was. How rude it is to converse about a patient while they're being treated. I heard them over the music. Laughing so loud. I stated I would never be back here and I'm filing a complaint. I work at a dentist office. Unfortunately my office doesn't accept my insurance which leads me going to others places for cleaning. I went to work deeply sadden by the way I was treated and told my whole office about my experience including the doctor and he said he could take a look. Since our consolations are free I agreed. He is certified in periodontal disease. He's been in business for over 20 years and assured me I DO NOT have GUM DISEASE at all! Do not come to this office they are VERY unprofessional and will LIE to up your charges! Their professionalism is NONE .

The staff is amazing, thorough, takes the best approach for my dental health. I enjoy my dentists personality and understanding of my needs. Very clean and wonderful atmosphere.

Taking care of my teeth has never been a priority for me. It can make going to the dentist uncomfortable, as I always fear that I'll be judged and criticized (which I have in the past). Dr. Partow and her staff have always been very friendly and understanding to me and my needs. They have fun while they work and it makes the experience so much more relaxing. West Plano Modern Dentistry truly goes above and beyond for their patients and they never force unnecessary treatments. They even take care of my toddler, which is a major plus!

Dr. Parton and Jessica ~ where do I even start. Not many are ever thrilled about having to visit the dentist, but I can say EVERY TIME I’m there, I’m not only comfortable but feel that they genuinely care about the treatment being provided. As long as I live in Plano, I will ONLY visit this office!! The entire office staff is very welcoming.

Hands down the best dentist I have been too, I am terrified of the dentist and Dr. Day and all the staff made me feel so comfortable....I am a big cryer when it comes to dentist even a simple cleaning can be bad for me...I had to get a tooth pulled and let me tell you I FELT NOTHING and not a tear was shed Dr. Day has gentle hands and numbed me to the GODS, overall it was a great procedure and the staff is AMAZING ☺️

This place is fantastic - Dr. Partow is skilled, thoughtful and practical, and my experiences have always been great. They have your insurance figured out before you leave the office with a plan to fix any problems, so there are no surprises when you get to the office or get your work done. I'll definitely keep going.

Enjoy coming coming to this location to get my teeth clean. Staff make me feel welcome and always treat me like family. The Dr is friendly and she always takes the time to explain to me my treatments. Highly recommend this place
