This is by far the worst dental office I have ever encountered in my entire life. I was on time for my appointment and waited 45 minutes to be taken back. Then after several failed attempts of the dental assistant shoving plastic in my mouth for x-rays, I was finally taken back to see the hygienist, who had not even planned to clean my teeth! Then when I said that's what I came in for, she said I would have to wait. Then she tried to sell me on some dental antibiotics. When sent a questionnaire, I replied that I was not satisfied with the visit. 6 months later, the day before my appointment, the front desk called me and said the hygienist does not want to see me! I am surprised this place is still around, but imagine it wont take long before they shut down with the way they treat people. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE.

Today, I went to West Plano Modern Dentistry and
Alexis, Doctor Partow, Jessica, were amazing. They were so helpful. I had to get a few things done and was here for a few hours but they made it fun. This was a great experience and I love coming here.

Dr Partow and Jessica are so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! I am very nervous when it comes to dental work and they helped me feel better and made sure I was okay every step of the way!!

The only positive thing I have to say is that my teeth were clean when I left. They recommended a VERY painful "Deep Cleaning" procedure that cost WAY more than I was anticipating. Plus the wait time (total, between waiting room, in the chair, in the x-ray area) was at least 1.5 hours. And I had an appointment. I guessed that it was a one-time fluke. When I went back for a filling, the same thing occurred. I should have just walked out after waiting for so long. Plus it comes back to me 6 months later that they filed my insurance claim wrong. Also, in all emails, mailings, and lots of bills they constantly call me by the wrong name. My name is not Michael. I have also said this before and I still receive emails and mailings for "Michael".

These people are only in it for the money. I came in for a regular cleaning. They said I had gum disease and said I needed a "deep cleaning" or my teeth would fall out. I went two days later to get a second opinion by a different dentist. They said my gums were healthy, no signs of disease. I'm filing a complaint through my insurance and have a letter of health from the new dentist. I will not be paying for a false diagnosis. Not to mention, the deep cleaning they did took about 20 minutes. If done correctly, should take 1-1.5 hours. Don't waste your time or money here.

Every single person at West Plano Modern Dentistry is friendly, efficient, generous, and extremely competent. I feel like I am with family when I am there. Every thing is carefully explained to me, so I don't ever feel surprised. I legit feel like they have my best interest at heart.

I had a wonderful dental experience today! They do the root canal and ceramic crown in one day because they have state-of-the-art digital equipment. Love this practice and the staff! 💕
