My mame is Gilbert Moreno and I have been coming to Dr. Duncan for more than 20 years now all the way from VictoriaTexas. From the first time I walked into his office with a chipped tooth until yesterday, 6/27/18, he has done a terrific dental job on my teeth. From cleaning a cavity and doing a filling to installing a crown, he is a professional at his work. His dental hygienist Joy has always done a great job too, cleaning my teeth to checking for possible weak spots on my teeth to help prevent a cavity. I have recommended Dr. Duncan to several of my friends and relatives in the past and I will continue to recommend him to anyone that needs dental work done. I applaud his whole office staff for being friendly and helpful and for all of them being very professional. Thank you.

What is the process to get a refund for a failed root canal and a failed crown? Insurance won't cover having to pay for these items again. I had to get a root canal redone somewhere else when infection came back after two failed attempts with Duncan. After several tries, I finally had to go somewhere else to get some help. Now after two years, the crown broke apart. This is all at a cost to me after insurance has paid for it the first time. Not only out-of-pocket, but I've been dealing with this for way to long. At it all started with a filling done at Duncan's office. I think they drilled too deep for the filling and punctured into the inner cavity of the tooth. I went back with severe tooth pain and they had me try tooth paste for sensitive teeth. Suprise! - didn't help with a dying tooth. Over two years later and I am still dealing with the problems from Duncan's office.
Dr. Duncan and his staff were very friendly and courteous, but I am beyond fed up with the results of the work I had done there.

The service is Immaculate from the first step in the door till your on your way out. Top of the line advanced equipment. Gentle hands, I simply cant say enough about the peoole here. They are giving my wife a MOVIE STAR smile, and even got my teeth back to looking like they did in my high school days! And they even have an Emergency # and they get back to you promptly and address your needs. I honestly don't believe there is a better facility and staff in all of Texas. You'll be in good hands here!
