My insurance pays for N2O and composite filling but Dr. Patel gave me estimates with those charges in co-pay. When I questioned the estimate and co-pay, he canceled all the appointments with my family with excuse that he is not feeling trust. In fact, since I figured out that estimates are not correct and overcharged, he choose to cancel the appointments instead of fixing the issue. Dr. Patel, please bring transparency, ethics and empathy into your practice and you will start to feel the trust!

Dr. Patel and his staff are great! I had to have a bit of work done and they were able to accommodate my schedule, get me in and out quickly for the visits along with having reasonable pricing. Glad to have found my local dentist and will for sure be staying with the group long term.

I was referred to his office by an oral surgeon and an endodontist who both felt I would receive a great crown and fitting; which I did! We were looking for a dentist after moving here and came across Prosper Smiles from a google search of local dentists. There friendly staff, professionalism, quick service, and location has made this our family dentist. Dr. Patel has been great and remembers the whole family so when I go in weeks after my husband brings the kids, I can ask him about their visit and he'll answer my questions without having to check their charts. I hate going to the dentist, but my hygienist and Dr. Patel make it as comforting and anxiety free as they can for me. My kids (all 3) are comfortable with the staff as well. I highly recommend Prosper Smiles. The only thing missing is weekend hours.

We just moved to Prosper from Frisco. We really were not happy with our Frisco dentist so we were ready for a change. My son needed to get a baby tooth pulled because they don't fall out on their own and it was causing him discomfort. We got right in with Dr. Patel. The front desk lady was very friendly and nice. My son was very nervous because at his last dentist when they pulled his teeth it was very painful and he would be bruised up and in pain for a few days after the procedure.
Dr. Patel did such a good job that my son didn't feel a thing! My son didn't even feel Dr. Patel numbing his mouth because he distracted my son by talking to him!! My son was even asking if his tooth was out when Dr. Patel said he was done. It was such a relief not to see my son in pain during the visit and bruised up after. I highly recommend Prosper Smiles Family Dentistry!
