This was my first time here ! I love that the staff is extremely friendly & helpful! They were extremely patient with adjusting my time because I was running late & I also got an appointment asap . I called Saturday I was seen Monday ! Great great dentist for adults & children . Doctor was great & super informative. I love it here for me & my daughter!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST. Insurance friendly & they are super supportive for out of pocket expenses.

I have fell in love with the dentist again! The receptionist were super nice. Booked me within the same week. The Dentist and the entire staff made sure to get all my needs taken care of at an affordable price! I highly recommend Allheart Dental Red Oak!

Do not go here. I was charged over 1800 dollars for a failed procedure / not complete procedure three months ago and have yet received my money back. On top of that, the dentist does not make sure you are numb before working on you. I could hear another person yelling in another room in pain. The office itself is filthy and not child appropriate. My experience here was a nightmare.

Love this place! Great with kids! Staff is always friendly and helpful, also flexible and forgiving (punctuality isn't always my strongest attribute 😬). My 8 year old daughter was terrified of the dentist and we went through 6 that could not touch her before we came to Allheart, they were very patient and kind and now my daughter likes to come see them.👍

Staff were ok. Hard to understand sometimes. The office manager couldn't find my insurance plan so I paid cash he told me when I got my card and was covered he would refund my cash. When I did provide my card and proof, he said oh we could take it off my next visit. No what I was told.
