My experience with Canyon Creek Family Dentistry of Richardson is no less than stellar. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to provide good service to you. That is everyone from the front desk to the dental techs to the person who assists the dentist. The dentist was very personable. He knew the business of dentistry and was very informed about other health issues as well. He made sure I understood my options and left the decisions to me. I highly recommend them.

Dallas' Dental Destination!!!! It's a state-of-the-art facility with highly talented Doctors and Staff! They offer many services with pricing that is very affordable. You will be welcomed like family and there's no question that's unanswered. You can really tell they care about you and your health first. They accommodate your schedule and offer Saturday hours too!!! I have had too many disappointments with dentists, Canyon Creek has solved all my problems. I highly recommend you give them a call.

Really excellent service. I have getting my treatment from Canyon Creek Family Dentist for one year. I got deep cleaning, cavities filling and whitening. I would say good service, friendly staffs, cost effectiveness and easy to reach out. Really satisfied.

Went in for a deep cleaning. Horrible experience… hygienist kept hitting sensitive spots and instead of numbing them more she told me it was because of the bacteria and just kept going. The mouth wash they try to give you before a cleaning costs $25. I got it from CVS with a prescription for $2.50. This place was all about trying to sell something. It’s so annoying. My teeth don’t even look clean after leaving here. I will not be back.
Follow up: I did reached out to the office. They were able to find me in their system and offered to redo the cleaning with a different hygienist. Unfortunately, first impressions mean everything to me and this visit was the first time someone in this office touched my teeth. It was an uncomfortable experience so I declined to revisit. I did give them another star for offering to correct the issue.

Wonderful experience! Everyone is always so friendly & helpful. I'm doing the Sure Smile through them, so I'm there much more often than just twice a year cleanings. Highly recommend!!

This entire group of people are excellent. So friendly, so thorough. I highly recommend this office; the dentists there are fantastic & do great work. I have found my permanent dental office. The dentist are FANTASTIC. When getting a crown, your regular tooth won’t be filed down to look like vampire teeth. All other offices I visited before were sub-par, not Canyon Creek family dentistry. This is now my 4th visit, maybe 5th. I LOVE them!

I happen to be a woman with dentures and I broke the bottom plate & went to see Dr Haroon for repair/replacement. After I was taken back they wanted X-rays since I am a new patient fine but they keep equipment in the Hallway instead of giving you privacy your teeth will be taken from you in front of whoever happens to be passing thru & if you have your hair up with hairpins then get ready to take it down. So there I sit with no teeth & my hair pulled down for all to see whilst the assist. toodled around the office instead of taking the picture. I told my husband I was ready to leave (I’m disabled & in wheelchair) then another showed up & finally took X-rays when heard me getting upset.
Give your patients some dignity not all of us lost our teeth gradually with age some had a very traumatic loss of teeth early on and prefer some privacy and if there’s not a room for X-rays to be done then it’s time for a bigger office.

I went in due to an infection in tooth, so
much pain after flying, I thought I would die.I was traveling here from out of town and they got me an appt immediately.
I was treated with so much kindness. Miriam and the sweet lady who took my call, were beyond compassionate and gentle.Dr. Hooram was intelligent and very patient explaining why I was in so much pain. He did not try to make any money off of my situation and instead said I would need to start anbx and steroid to decrease swelling.
He told me options I had in future and focused on how I could recover while out of town.
I loved the music playing too, upbeat Motown not boring elevator type.
It was a clean,state of the art, relaxing atmosphere. I will gladly go back and recommend this office and all of its staff.

From the moment I checked in everyone was helpful, courteous and willing to go above and beyond. If you're looking to consider a new dentist I would highly recommend the team at CCFD.
