Great staff, great dentist! My family recently moved to this area and my daughter had to have urgent dental work the first week (which we were in the middle of at our previous dentist). Dr. Fluellen and her team took excellent care of my daughter and we were able to complete the procedure with little hassle. Since then we have been back for regular cleanings and still the same exceptional service and care every time. I also love that they have early hours so that I can make it to work and the kids don't have to miss school for appointments. Definitely recommend this office!

Absolutely amazing dentist office. I recently went in for my first check up in nearly 5 years. I was nervous because past dentists had made me feel bad for not coming as often as I should. I recently gained dental insurance so I wanted to get back in the routine.

The staff there were amazing and made me feel right at home. I learned a lot from the staff and the dentist was very nice. She went through my X-rays with me and praised me for taking such good care of my teeth. She put my fears and angst away immediately. The cleaning was fast, easy, and enjoyable. I can't wait to go back in 6 months.

and I am in and out of there in less than an hour for my dental cleanings! Everyone is so friendly!! I highly recommend trying them out if you're looking for a new dentist!!

Very friendly staff and very professional! I had to go in for a cavity and took my five year old with me. I told them she was interested in how it works and they explained every step of the way to her! They let her hold things and really took time to invest in her interest! I’m so grateful for the patience they had! Very impressed!

I've always had a great experience with the Fluellen Roberts Dentistry, which is saying a lot considering the amount of dental work I've had in my life. I see Dr. Roberts for dental work and it's always a smooth, reliable, and honestly entertaining time. (Interestingly enough Dr. Roberts also has some sort of Wildlife degree and there are always antics going on in the pond outside the examination rooms!)

The main reason I feel so confident in this dentistry, even to the point of driving an hour from home at some points just for their service, is because of the help they've provided with my dental bridge. A car accident caused me to lose my two front teeth years ago when I was a young kid, and with a different dentisty I had a bridge put in with fake teeth (after years of dental work, going through different dentists, etc). The next day, it broke out, and again just a few months later. That was the breaking point (literally), so I immediately looked for a different dentist to help put the bridge in permanently.

5+ years later, the bridge has just come loose, and even then just because I had chipped one veneer and caused a point of weakness. Once it broke out, I just went back to Dr. Roberts and without breaking a sweat he cleaned it up and reapplied it perfectly, explaining everything being done each step of the way, and even spending dozens of minutes shaving down the inside surfaces to ensure I wasn't bumping it and causing pressure with my bottom teeth. Now it feels honestly almost better in now then before. Just take all of the stars here, there hasn't ever been a better dentist for me.

I was recommended to Richardson Smiles by a co-worker and am so happy I decided to come here. Carla was a wonderful hygienist who took her time and was very gentle and explained everything. Dr. Fluellen was great too and really cares for her patients. It was overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely be making this my dentist home :)

The office is immaculate and comfortable. The receptionist staff is very friendly! My child with extreme anxiety about going to the dentist (we tried a pediatric dentist office in the area) was calm and had her first successful visit here. After years of going to strange dentists we are so happy here with Dr. Fluellan!

Great place! Not a huge fan of dentists (sorry :)) but I will say Dr. Roberts and his assistant makes appointments very calming while making sure I understand everything before doing anything. They gave me a full treatment plan and will always answer my questions with detail when needed. Will recommend to anybody, great company! Thank you for your attention to detail and specific personal interactions.

This is such a great office! The staff is very friendly. Dr. Fluellen is so sweet and mellow, but most importantly she is very knowledgeable, talented, and listens to your concerns. You'll never wonder if you are in good hands at this office.
