I was very happy to find Dr. Doan after finding out he relocated 39 miles and about an hour’s drive with traffic but well worth it. He was very surprised and happy to see me. He had done a great job with all of my teeth issues in the past and I never had to go back. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable with the dentist that took his place. He took X-rays and pictures with state of the art equipment, gave me his evaluation and made suggestions. I approved, he and his staff got to work immediately and I feel 100% better. His staff was outstanding. I highly recommend Sapphire Family Dentistry.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and I genuinely love being around them. I've had my wisdom teeth extracted and fillings fixed and I am beyond impressed. If you live in or around the Richmond area and have been looking for a great family dentistry, the search is over. Not only is their office conveniently located, but the doctors and staff are also very professional and highly attentive. As soon as I walked in, I was seen immediately (no wait!) and their hygienist, Johnny, started the process right away—everything was just very organized and made for a pleasant experience overall. Dr. Doan was very thorough and took the time to answer any questions I had and even give me helpful tips to improve my dental health. Will definitely come back here for my next checkup. 11/10 would recommend!

I had a great experience on my first visit. Doctor had so much knowledge and explained everything in detail on my x-rays. My hygienist, Megan, was superb and friendly. She did my teeth deep cleaning smoothly. Also, the staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their teeth treatment.

First time at this dentistry and I overall will give the experience 5 stars. Today I got my teeth checked and cleaned. The cleaning felt really good after, I could tell that it really helped my teeth by removing a lot of the bacteria and build up that I had. Not only was the cleaning experience great but, the workers are very kind and supportive. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They also let you watch shows or movies on Netflix while you are getting cleaned. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sapphire Family Dentistry. I had a very pleasant experience as the doctors and staff were so welcoming and patient with me. I really appreciate them taking the time to explain and walk me through dental procedures along with at-home tips and advice. I also tend to get anxious when it comes to doctor visits, but after the initial visit with Sapphire, I feel a lot more at ease with my future appointments. I definitely recommend this place!

This dentistry is amazing. Everyone is so nice and patient. They explained all the procedures thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns without any doubts. They’re a very educated group of people. Megan was my dental hygienist, I felt very comfortable around her. I usually have anxiety when I go to the dentist so Megan talking and laughing with me really eased my mind. The building is beautiful and they have large tvs, snacks, and coffee. I couldn’t recommend a dentistry more!

I was dragged to see the dentist by my wife, was not looking forward to this appointment but let me tell you, this was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Their entire staff was extremely friendly and easy with work with. Ann did a great job explaining my treatment plan. Dr. Doan was so nice and personable. Megan did an awesome job on my deep cleaning, gentle hands, didn’t feel any discomfort. I’ll be coming back for the rest of my treatment.

I am very happy that I chose this dental office I am very particular with choosing my health and dental providers and I think I got it right this time with this dentist. I had a deep cleaning today and this is the first time anyone took more X-rays after the cleaning to see if the areas were done correctly , I was literally flabbergasted. They explain and show you everything going on with not just your teeth but your whole mouth. They are so courteous and polite, the office is very clean and beautiful. I believe I have found my dentist!!!!!

THE BEST DENTIST! He’s the best you could ever find. I had wisdom teeth extracted and fillings done! And let me tell you, he cares about your health. He cares if you are in pain. And he’s passionate about his work! I have had previous bad experiences with dentists who either aren’t sure what they are doing or try to overcharge you. This place is honest and amazing. Not to mention you can tell it’s a great place to work because the employees are happy too. It’s an amazing environment, super clean, and they care of you so so well! I will never go anywhere else!
