I really wish I could give this place 5 stars but unfortunately I can’t. The dentist was awesome and very educated in his field. Most of the staff was fantastic but the receptionist (long black hair) I forgot her name but she was very RUDE and HATEFUL her attitude was down right disgusting. If they replace her negative energy this place would be a lot better. everyone else was absolutely GREAT…

Trustworthy & Friendly. This morning I had my first visit with Dr. Clay. After moving to Texas our family had visited several dental offices without finding one we liked. In each case it felt like they were coming up with procedures that weren't strictly necessary. We didn't feel like patients or customers, more like "opportunities". My visit with SmileWorks was different, however. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cheyenne, the hygienist was gentle and thorough. And, Dr. Clay was both thorough and genuine. I feel like we have found a dentist we can trust.

Dr. Ainley is amazing. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, does a wonderful job with my son and I. The hygienists are just as fantastic as he is. I moved to Plano and we still take the drive to Smileworks.

My fiancée and I went in for an emergency extraction of a tooth that was causing him immense amounts of pain. They got us in and out in just over an hour and made sure he was very well taken care of. MAJOR shout out to Jordan, she was SO kind and considerate of our needs, she went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The dentist and his assistant got the tooth out with minimal pain, quickly and efficiently. When I called SmileWorks yesterday morning, I had no idea what to expect, after the experience we had yesterday, will most definitely be returning!!! Thank you to Dr. Clay, Jordan and the entire staff!! You’re all awesome people!!!!

I have been coming here for a few years now and what amazing experiences I've had! Every time whether it's just a cleaning or getting work done, it's always as pleasant as is possible (sometimes getting your teeth drilled isn't always the most fun of course) and as easy as can be. All the staff members from the front desk, hygienists, and all the way up to Dr. Ainley are incredible.

I would highly recommend SmileWorks! Gail removed all the cement off my teeth from a permanent retainer that had come out over 2 years ago. None of my previous hygienists/dentists would do it. My first visit to SmileWorks she took it right off. She took her time with my teeth and I will ALWAYS recommend her. I love SmileWorks!

My prior dentist strongly suggested an aggressive treatment plan. My gut feeling told me to get a second opinion, so I went to see my wife's dentist Dr. Ainley. After examining my situation Dr. Ainley's plan was 80% less than my prior dentist!!! Thank you Dr. Ainley for your honesty and saving me a boat load of money!

Great dentist, great hygienists. I had a very detailed cleaning with no pain, the dentist didn't try to pressure any unnecessary fixing, and I even got free whitening. Highly recommended, the staff is awesome!
