Staff was all very kind and nice, the dentists and hygienist took the time to sterlise everything and make sure that everything was very clean! They both also showed interest in our own lives aside from just our oral health, and treated us very nicely. My hygienist even asked if I wanted mint or cherry flavoured stuff to clean my teeth with (sorry, i forgot what it was called). They addressed my questions and concerns very well and it was overall a very pleasurable experience.
The bill is rather expensive that is true, but what else do you expect from dental care? Free service? Then our taxes would be astronomical.

My 8 year old son had his first appointment with Dr. Stone and his assistant Marie. My son has gotten to a phase of craving increased independence and he really wanted to go back by himself. I hesitated because he has some sensory issues and scaling could be a challenge. Before they took my son back I was able to speak to both Dr. Stone and Marie and they both assured me they would go at his pace. When my son came out from his cleaning he was all smiles! He told me they were very kind and listened to everything he had to say. The scaling was a success! Thank you!

Now I remember why I shouldn't ever go back to this place. Took off work to get a simple cleaning, they do the X-rays, have the dentist come in to discuss, then followed by the person that tries to up sell you. I said I just need a cleaning, I took the day off today to get it done. They tried saying that they'll see if they can do the cleaning today. I said again, well I took the day off for it, scheduled it and confirmed my appointment for a cleaning. I haven't gotten them cleaned in a couple of years because of Covid. They ran my insurance said I don't have coverage. This is incorrect, my insurance coverage hasn't changed in 7 years, I have dental coverage. They then hit me with $960 for a cleaning. I said I just need a simple cleaning, put the paste on the tool, scrape some plaque and shine them up. I'm not sure what kind of scam they are trying to pull but I got up and walked out with dirty teeth. Please steer clear of this place. Believe the bad reviews on Yelp, Google and Yahoo. This is not a place you need to spend your time or money with.

Everyone from entering the door to having the procedure done to paying and out the door was courteous and happy to answer any questions I had.
Dr Sara Herman was exceptional/outstanding. She did a very good job of alleviating my anxiety about being at the dentist. Dr Herman did this with her step by step approach to explaining the procedure. She also kept me in the loop as to what was going on during the procedure.
Costs covered and not covered by insurance were discussed after the exam/analysis. It was made clear how much the out of pocket would be. Payment options were discussed as well.
Despite my anxiety when visiting the dentists' office I was extremely happy with my visit. Highly recommended!

Ridiculous long wait times once back in the office. No customer service. They don’t ask how are you doing, but jump right to “are you going to get your wisdom teeth taken out?” Never seen so much pressure for every staff member to do so. Hygientist was extremely ruff and my permanent retainer detached and had to go to my orthodontist and pay for them to fix it. I actually love going to the dentist and this place is horrible. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Scammers. I went for a routine cleaning, had non-existent cavities with no pain which they quickly claimed I had 6, sat me down and drilled my teeth, filling up the space after drilling. Their cheap fillings have come out. It's been almost two months and my teeth and gums are still as sensitive as ever, food gets stuck in my teeth way more than ever now. Keep in mind I was flossing everyday and brushing twice daily for 2 minutes each time before I went to them.
