When I came in, I had TWO tooth abcessess, from previous fillings at another medical insurance, and was in such chronic pain where I was unable to sleep, and was on a diet of ice to keep my pain away. The check in people are super helpful, and Emily was able to make me super comfortable during my X-rays, and I'm super grateful to Dentist Jason A. Megens For being able get It prepped and fixed. I can function like a normal human being again!

These people are crooks. They quoted me $783 for a deep cleaning. I went to a different dentist in Round Rock yesterday, and their quote is $223. Exact same cleaning after comparing the 2 treatment plans. I would never step foot in their office if I were you.

UPDATE: Everything was going fine until they got me going regularly. Going in today Nicole (the hygeinist) had added on several extra procedures to my cleaning to the tune of $140+ above what my insurance would cover. I had not been aware of this until I had taken time off work and arrived for the appointment. I am in disbelief that they would loose a customer over this...but they did. They said I could cancel my appointment, which I did. Classic bait and switch. I am really at a loss to find any dentist that cares about the customer.
I wanted to leave a note to applaud the hygienist Nicole at Round Rock Modern Dentistry. I hadn't been to the dentist for a number of years and was worried that it would be uncomfortable (on many levels) to get back to a regular dentist habit. I wish I hadn't waited - Nicole did an awesome job on my teeth and made me realize how far dentistry has come. If you're hesitant about getting back into the habit of going to the dentist you should definitely see the folks here, Nicole especially, but the whole staff does an excellent job. No high pressure sales or fear mongering just superior dental service.

Worst place ever.
We went there for general checkup. They did some procedures mentioning that it is 100% covered by insurance. Later we found out that it was not. They also gave us an estimate for a Root canal which was way over the top than the cost at any other endodontist. Dr Linh was also very inconsiderate. We will never go back there.

I went to Round Rock Modern Dentistry recently and I was very impressed with the office and it's staff. The check-in process was seamless thanks to Audrey. My x-rays were done very well and Diana was super nice and accommodating! I was very impressed with Dr. Nguyen and she explained everything clearly and was very professional. Very clean office and good selection of songs playing! 10/10 recommend!

I would recommend round rock Modern dentistry to anyone that is looking for dental work. The entire staff was super nice. Very knowledgeable and super patient. Nelly is so nice and on all of my appointments she is always wiling to help. Every time I come in I am treated with respect. I can’t say enough about the staff! thanks so much- Suzzette, Nelly and Audrey. I drive almost An hour to come to this office, but I don’t mind it because THEY ARE THE BEST.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and felt right at home. All of the staff from the front to the back were professional and answered all my questions. Nelly the office manager took the time to explain all my benefits and pricing, providing me with the best options possible. This was the easiest dental visit I have had in a long time. Dr. Nguyen was extremely nice, and made me feel very comfortable. I am glad I have chosen them as my new dental provider. One of the best dental offices with grade a service. I was seen by Dr Nguyen a few months ago for a checkup after a few years of dental neglect, and was given excellent treatment. Today I came in for another regular checkup and was served with the same excellent service by Dr Nguyen as well as her assistant Michelle. I cant recommend this establishment enough.

All of the staff and doctor are so friendly and performing the job with the latest skill and technology that I have ever seen. I got my crown same visit and it's so perfect.
