I want to tell you what a great office this is to work with. They explain each treatment, and take their time.
I have been a patient of Dr. Linh Nguyen for a number of years. I can't speak highly enough of her. The office people, the assistance are so kind, and wonderful at their jobs. I would recommend this Dental Practice without hesitation.

I get a call 20 minutes before I had to leave for my appointment , that I had set over three weeks ago, to verify my insurance. Seems a little last minute… Couldn’t you have done that Thursday or Friday of last week since a lot of people had Monday as a holiday?

I then walk in at my appointment time and there’s no friendly greeting or acknowledgement of my presence. I waited patiently for Them to sort out insurance for the lady in front of me and another person came in after me and they called him over to the side to assist him. I continued to wait after they helped him and finally somebody came out from around the corner to assist me.

I got checked in and waited only a few minutes and was taken back to get x-rays which worked out fine. The x-rays only took 10 minutes maybe 15 at the most. I was then taken back to an exam room where I waited over 30 minutes for anyone to come in. The hygienist finally came and measured my gums about 10 minutes and then I waited again for the doctor. The doctor came in examined my teeth for about 5-10 minutes Said there was nothing major to worry about and then left.

I sat there not really knowing why no communication like “the hygienist (or whoever)Will be in shortly to clean your teeth.” My appointment was at 9:45 AM I was at the office at 9:30 and it was already 11 AM. I need to get back to work at this point and It didn’t sound like the hygienist was even remotely done with the patient prior. A woman came in finally from the front desk and said some thing about my insurance was approved, which they told me when I checked in and that there was zero co-pay which they told me when I checked in. As a matter fact the same person told me. At that point I was kind of like how much longer? I’m like I didn’t anticipate us taking this long and that I probably need to go and reschedule. she’s like I can walk you to the front but I can’t check you out because I have another patient..I’m like I need to go I’m sorry how much longer is it gonna take? She’s like well don’t worry about checking out we can reschedule and There will be no co-pay on your return. It’s just that I didn’t want to have to wait even longer for an unnecessary check out.

I don’t feel like I was being overly inpatient but it just seem like nobody was really communicating what was going on or apologizing for how much longer I had to wait. maybe I would’ve been a little more sympathetic If there could’ve been a little more communication. I wanted to like them they had good reviews on Google which is how I ended up choosing them from my insurance. I hate being one of those people! I just feel like I’ve had better customer service experience even a castle dental who sucked.

I recently became a patient of Round Rock Modern Dentistry. I honestly had been avoiding going to the dentist for the past couple of years, since it causes me so much anxiety. However, I am so glad & relieved I decided to give this dental office a try! Every one from reception, dental assistants (Diane & Sandra), operations Mgr. Shane, and Dr. Lynh Nguyen are absolutely amazing! Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful and patient dentist. It’s obvious that she truly cares about her patients and is a joy to know. I highly recommend this dental office and will be a loyal patient forever!

Our family had the worst experience at this place. They gave us a completely different rate to pay after we got the service than the quote originally provided. Advised us to get services unnecessary to our specific needs, failed to advocate for us based on our need. We found their services unprofessional and not trustworthy.

I was so impressed, the receptionist, dental assistant, hygienist & Dr were so comforting & kind. This office has some of the best & up to date dental technology without the high price.

Compared to other dentists their work considerably surpasses the mediocre visit, my teeth feel & look incredible. Awesome job I will bring my business back steadily and refer anyone looking for a friendly, affordable, clean, & better than the best dentist!

Very efficient office and personnel...Emily was very efficient..Dr.Nguyen was very professional.

They are unprofessional!!! Nelly she was in her feelings cause she didn’t understand what I replied back to her that she had said, so I laughed a little and after she told me to wait she came back just to tell me I had to pay the full amount at one time even though she already said I have to pay half and then set up a card for the other.. now don’t get they have a way you can pay online but like I just said I had to pay in full cause I laughed at her cause she didn’t understand what I repeated back to her… smh wow. I can keep going on but just know that place gave me problems from day one… I’m done. I was very patient with them cause they had me waiting for a long period of time in the chair just to put a crown in…… 😶🤦🏽‍♀️👎🏾

The WORST experience I've ever had. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Dentist changed his schedule without notifying me until 4pm the day before my appointment was scheduled. Then offered times that were very inconvenient. This was an emergent appointment. I will never use them or advise anyone to go there.

Terrible experience!!! 1st visit was told exam was free and the Receptionist was totally rude!
But the Dentist told my daughter her teeth and gums looked really wonderful and healthy.
Asked afterwards about teeth cleaning special $59. Went 3 weeks later and told after an hour they couldn’t do a cleaning unless we agreed to $269 treatment beforehand because her gums looked awful. *This was a different dentist than the first time*
Beware; $59 cleaning is bait and switch!!!

I have been going to Round Rock Modern Dentistry for about 5-6 years now and I cannot complain! The staff is great - Nicole and Alicia are so nice and helpful! I’ve gotten my cleanings, fills, and wisdoms teeth done here and I am very pleased. They are great to work with.
