EXCEPTIONAL!!! I wish I could give more stars! Everyone was highly professional, answered all my questions from dental work to payment/insurance concerns, and the office is immaculate! Doctor Nguyen took time with me as a patient explaining her recommendations for me. I felt like she genuinely cared for what was best for my oral health. The x-rays and cleanings were done very gently, kindly. The office staff, particularly Nelly and Shane, went above and beyond for me, handling all my insurance and payment questions. If you’re in need of a new dentist, you want to go here.

I came here for a routine cleaning and had a very smooth experience and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming.
I’ve had experiences at other places where getting X-rays was highly uncomfortable, but Nayeli was gentle as could be and did a great job.
Nicole, who did my cleaning, also did a great job even though she had to put up with my bad jokes.
Finally, Nelly, the office manager, was a huge help and set me up with an orthodontist appointment when I expressed my interest about Invisalign.

An unexpected pain had me stop in for a unscheduled visit. I was very thankful they were able to fit me in. Dr. Nguyen was able to identify the source of my pain and treat it. She gave me a thorough explanation of the possible treatments and the preventative measures I should take. The overall experience and professionalism was exceptional.

Realized that the provider I had made an appointment with was not the preferred rate provider at that location for my insurance, so called to cancel. Receptionist said "on no its fine he is accepted by your insurance." I pulled up my price options and determined it was different between providers according to my plan.
I said I would feel more comfortable canceling my appointment and if she could go ahead and see what my insurance would charge because I'm not sure what the dentist would be billing me for.
Her response? "Well honestly ma'am it is not worth my time because that is time consuming." Oh. Ok. So because it's easier for you to tell me everything is good and then charge me whatever you want is better for you. Sure. Ok. Let's definitely cancel that appointment.
Feel like I dodged a bullet on this one.

The staff is amazing and truly care. I got to witness the Dr take time to help a new patient understand the paperwork and make them feel comfortable! Truly an outstanding place.

I had pain in my upper left tooth and they found out one of my fillings failed.
They put a crown on in 2 hours and I was out. So fast and quick everyone was nice and kind. This is my new dentist office!

Nicole Powell is a delightful person, cleaning was smooth and well made, I felt like talking to a friend. She's very sweet and helpful. Also front staff is very attentive and informative, if you have any questions about fees and insurance just ask them, they will give you all the info needed in a very polite way.
