They were terrible at their job, because they were suppose to vacuum out the chemicals in the mouth all the time, but there did not do that, instead they kept the chemicals in my child’s mouth, which made my child throw up couple times. They did not fully clean my child’s mouth, and charged us so much. Right next to us they was another patient and they were giving them full service, but to my child they were literally not caring giving any service. After we were done with everything, they suggested us to go to another place. What does that even mean, they should have told us the first time, not after receiving the payment.

Everyone was super friendly! The dentist was very present the whole visit and checked in a couple times. Also explained everything she was doing and was very informative about the condition of your mouth. It was my best dental experience hands down!

Got my 2 wisdom teeth extracted today and it was a pleasant experience. I really did not have any issues or pain whatsoever during the procedure. Both Dr. Brazil and Dr. G are very welcoming and go over the things in detail. Love to be their patient.

The office is little dirty and the equipments are pretty old. I would not recommend this dental office as I have pain and sensitive teeth after a cleaning.

Dr. Rupa and her staff are caring and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and they took great care and pride to ensure I was well taken care of before and after my visit as well as happy with my end result. I highly recommend Sam Bass Family Dentistry.

The doctors and staff members at the Sam Bass Family Dentistry are the dream team. Everyone is knowledgeable, approachable and kind. They explain the procedures clearly before starting. I had many dental procedures done with little to no pain. In short, great doctors, great service and great work ethic from every individual.

This was a great experience! I haven’t been to a dentist in about 6 years and I was very nervous but they were gentle and friendly and thorough with my teeth and my upkeep habits.

It was my first time going to Dr. Rupa G, she is a thorough professional and really polite, I took my father for a consultation and she was very understanding and respectful throughout the visit and recommended good options for his treatment. I decided to start going to her for my routine checkups going forward.

I was welcomed. Felt at home. I went there for deep cleaning. Dr. Rupa was awesome. Also, the hygienist was so welcoming and good at her job.
