Every single time we come to the dentist office we are here at least two hours just for a cleaning! No respect for our school or work schedule. Not to mention this used to be a kids dentist place and after covid, playground has been removed and now this place is so dull! They also had a restroom in the back for anyone to use but it’s been “out of order” for a year yet employees are walking in and out. Why not put a sign “ employees only” instead of lying. And last but not least the energy you get when you walk in. The only upside and good thing about this place is, Javier. His customer service is always the best. Other than that will not recommend! DO NOT bring your children here.

You would figure after all the bad reviews something will change.

Do not take your family to this dentist!!!! They do not respect your time and schedule you for an appt and will not even see the patient for about 2 hrs anyways. When I complained they then stated that if I wasn't happy then I could take him elsewhere if I want to.

I do not write reviews often, other people need to be warned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! In addition, they do try any little thing to be able to get you to waste money on procedures that are not needed and are expensive.

I don’t rate often, but I think their terrible service deserves to be shouted from the rooftops. I only took my family to Allington Dental because they took my GEHA insurance and they suggested an in-house orthodontist for my 15-year old daughter. Before booking I told Javier my concerns that every appointment took over an hour already and as school children and working parents we can’t spend all day there. He assured me it was a different dentist and I believed him that it wouldn’t be so bad with a different provider. Wrong! Within 3-months I was talking to Javier and got promised 1st appointment privileges. Well today 5 families has 1st appointment privileges at 8. My daughter missed 2 classes to spend 3 minutes with the orthodontist and be told he’d have to call her later because he couldn’t see her now. Javier asked me how it went as we were leaving and I told him just as bad as I expected and he told me there was nothing more he could do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Do not take your kids here. First of all, we always have to wait at least an hour, even when there's pretty much no one else there. Also, they tried telling me my 3 year old had a cavity. When I said they'd told me before that it was just an enamel deficiency, they quickly retracted and said oh yeah it's not a cavity. Lastly, they try to get x-rays on my 6 year old every 6 months. She has a small mouth and the equipment hurts her, but they try several times anyway and still never get the x-rays right. Last time I even told the front desk lady I didn't want them to do x-rays, but they took her and tried to do them while I was with my younger child. I will not be taking my kids back here again.

Would not recommend this place. Canceling appointments all the time. Constantly different doctors. Last time we went the "new dentist " messed up my son's permanent tooth. Now we have to go , and get it fixed . How on earth can you chop off part of the tooth. People please be aware of this place!!!!!!!!

This place is very confusing. They have a lot going on, and you can tell that some of the people who work there are in a frenzy. The front seems overwhelmed, but they try their best. The back is where it seems chaotic. If you don’t mind everyone seeing you get your work done, go here. If you want privacy, this isn’t the place for you.

I travel for work and needed a tooth pulled I managed to come across the best dentist office I have ever been too! The entire staff was so kind and patient. One lady, Ms. Carlea was my dentists assistant and she was very sweet and cool and fun and does her job well, we were discussing food and she ended up letting me try her home made banana pudding which was amazing, I have never felt so amazing at a dentist office, top of the line staffing.

Dr G, Simone, Stephanie, and Patricia were amazing! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with dentists, and Simone instantly put me at ease! She kept everything light and was very good at her job! Dr. G is great! He is gentle and knowledgeable. He does what he believes needs to be done and keeps you informed. Stephanie did a great job while assisting Dr. G during my filling! It flowed really easy. And Patricia was very friendly and easily booked me for my next visit. Thanks to the whole office! :)

I came in to Allington dental with an infected wisdom tooth, although the wait was long before I was seen by a dentist- the staff was absolutely amazing. They were able to get me antibiotics and pain medications immediately and then schedule me for the soonest available opening to get the wisdom tooth removed. The surgery was very intense, but just as my experience before, the staff was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to go through this extremely traumatic experience lol. Allington dental is amazing. Highly recommend.

Dr. Alawadi and Stephanie provided a great service. They work well together had a tooth extracted.
The front desk personal were courteous as always. They all make the experience of going to a dentist tolerable.
