Megan was super nice and explained everything she was doing as she did it. She make me feel comfortable and special. She is very knowledgeable.
Dr. Lawrence was awesome. She explained in detail what was needed to get down. What an awesome dentist.
The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The whole experience was amazing. Great Dental office

The staff is amazing! This is the first time I have left a dental office eager to go back. It was easy to get in and I really felt like they took the time to get me established as a patient and create a dental plan that was right for me. My hygienist was excellent! I will definitely go back and recommend them any time I get the chance.

This review is many years over due but since the work done there is still causing me issues years later why not .
I would give 5 stars if just based on the receptionist and assistants .
I went in to have 1 wisdom tooth removed .
Dr. Rhodes said it couldn’t be removed without doing other work first . Since they are the professional and I like to assume that the professional knows whats best I did all that was suggested .
First a deep cleaning . That went wonderfully and was performed by a assistant (sorry if that is not a correct term) .
Then redoing a old filing which wasn’t causing any issues but again professional said to do it so I did .
To this day I’m living with a cracked tooth because they didn’t “have a clamp small enough for my tooth so the filling probably expanded “ . Well if you don’t have small clamps why not just suggest I go to another dentist ? Also while adjusting the filling they ground it down far enough to cause my teeth to slide forward which has caused perpetual jaw issues .
For the cracked tooth it was recommended I get a root canal . When I asked how much that cost and said I couldn’t afford that I was told I should make it a priority and that they wouldn’t let their tooth go . Because we all have thousands of dollars just to fix a problem we didn’t even create . Hopefully in these years they have learned compassion and how to read the room when someone expresses that they can not afford something .
The extraction when ok . I had local numbing and when I could still feel it I was met with “ it doesnt take that much to numb“ . Thankfully that while there was attitude given they did numb it more . Still not enough to completely numb it but I had given up on trying to communicate with this dentist .
There are more professional and better dentists in San Angelo so if you have a choice do a little research before choosing one .
Thank you for adding to my already severe dental anxiety . Thank you for years of jaw pain . It’s been great👍🏻 .

At my last visit and while waiting to see the hygienist, I made an observation with patients leaving. They were happy! If people are happy coming out from a dental procedure, that’s awesome. Been going to Brantly since it became Brantly Dental and before that Ken Reese.

I'm very scared of going to the dentist due to my past. So when I went in I wasn't feeling comfortable til my hygienist was so calm and explained everything before she did it. I was amazed and grateful for a wonderful experience. The dentist was equally awesome and explained what other dentist couldn't explain over 19 years. Now my family has finally found an office I trust.

Lili really took care of me at Brantly today. I am so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism as a hygienist. I am so glad that I will be seeing Lili and the rest of the Brantly team for all my dental needs. Everyone at Brantly Dental is very thorough, effiecient, knowledgeable, and all so friendly!! This is a very shady outfit …they told my wife they could extract a tooth did the exam and then charged us 445 dollars for nothing …they did absolutely nothing and still expect to get paid …go to another dentist as this one is not on the up and up
