The staff is very nice and proactive. I explained several problems I was having, gum inflammation, ulcers, etc., and Dr. Rhodes & Dr. Brantley had all the answers. This office has an excellent team of staff and will solve whatever problem you may have.

I got a dental cleaning that was covered by my insurance. I was very happy with my experience and the staff was very nice. What I am not happy about is that they added fluoride on my teeth without telling me that it was going to be an extra charge, I found out when I got a bill from my insurance. I thought this was something that was covered since they never said anything about it being an additional charge. If I knew, I would have told them not to put it on. This went from being something that was supposed to be covered by insurance to all of the sudden getting expensive. I hope that in the future they will let their clients know that it will be an extra charge so the clients have the opportunity to decide if the want to pay or not.

This was my ten yr old's first experience at the "big person" dentist. She liked it better than the pedi dentist. Laura was great, and she used this water jet tool for plaque that means less of the scraping with the metal tool. She also went over her xrays, and she gave us some tips on how to keep teeth clean during braces. All of my questions were answered, and scheduling the next appt was a breeze.

Dr. Brantly took out my wisdom teeth this week. A couple days after the surgery, I no longer had any pain and was able to eat any kinds of foods I wanted. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Bradley is amazing, and th hygienists too, however their office staff lack luster at best! BTW don’t get hoodwinked into their pay as you go program, it covers little and you still pay for everything including their “ program “.
