Concho Valley Family Dental; Dr. Jay E. Fandel, DMD

Today was my very 1st visit and from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The atmosphere and decor was so Beautiful and I was called in After my paper work was done. The hygienist that took my x-rays was so nice and very gentle and she also did my cleanings she was so nice and told me exactly everything she was doing and what she saw and what my plan was for treatment she was just amazing. Then it was time for to see the Dentist he was so welcoming down to earth and also went step my step of what he saw and what he thought what he recommended and I totally agree with him. He was the nicest Dentist I've ever had as well as the Hygienist. Every one there was so kind and welcoming. I totally recommend you won't me disappointed.

I absolutely love going to Concho Valley Family Dental!! They have the best staff! I had horrible dental experiences growing up at a different dentist office leaving me with a fear of dentists and not seeking dental care as an adult. Thankfully, Dr Fandel and his team have turned my views around and I look forward to getting to see them! You can’t ask for a more caring team. Dr Fandel even called to check up on me later that evening after my wisdom tooth surgery to make sure I was still doing great. Love them and can not recommend them enough !

I’ve gotten cleanings and the clear correct retainers, and everyone is always really nice and friendly, I feel like I’m talking with friends when I go there. I also have a crazy schedule and they’re always really accommodating about appointments, missing them or having to move them. They have also been really great with letting me pay what I can when I can, (obviously within reason) so yeah, I’ll be going here for the rest of my life thank you

This practice is awesome. We just moved here and my husband and I were both nervous about getting a new dentist. We both had great experiences and the staff is wonderful!

10/10 Recommend Dr. Fandel and his staff! I am not one to willingly go to the dentist, as a matter of fact I have put it off to the point it became a "have to" situation. I have alot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to experiences in the past. My very first call to try and make an appointment, I was greeted with kindness and compassion. The day of my appointment, I walked in nervous and anxious, but was soon settled. The ladies at the front, the gal that helped me with my initial exam and X-rays and Dr. Fandel were all extremely kind and understanding. Dr. Fandel was very thorough with his explanation and plan of action to get me fixed up. He had me come back the following day so we could get my situation handled and get me to feeling better. I left feeling comfortable and alot less anxious to return the following day. The day of my extraction of an infected tooth and my wisdom tooth behind it, of course I was anxious of the unknown but was once again greeted with kindness, compassion, patience and understanding. Dr. Fandel worked diligently to make sure that I was comfortable and pain free before moving forward with the extractions. Talk about a man with some patience... because it took awhile to get me to that point. I greatly appreciate him and the dental assistant that was helping him with my procedure, they worked great as a team and made it seem pretty effortless. I appreciated Dr. Fandel talking me through the entire process and letting me know what he was doing as he went along.
On another note, it is very welcoming and inviting in the lobby/waiting area, not like walking into a commercialized medical/dental practice. They also have music that is playing in the rooms so it is not like walking into a silent, closed in, white room where you feel uneasy to begin with. The music was down the day of my procedure and Dr. Fandel let me turn music on from my phone to help me feel at ease. If you are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, is non judgmental, compassionate and truly cares about their patients... this is the place for you. I was asked before I left if I had a dentist that I normally see and I said " no, but I do now!" I will be returning to Dr. Fandel for all of my future dental work and can work on getting on a preventative track instead of an emergency basis. If you chose to go to Dr. Fandel for your dental needs, you will not be disappointed. I read through alot of reviews for various places before choosing Concho Valley Family Dental and all of the positive that I read were why I chose to go there and after my own experience I will say that they are spot on.

My experience with Concho Valley Family Dental today went very well. They were able to work me in promptly for a tooth extraction. Everyone there in the office was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them!

Dr Fandel and his staff are the greatest. I cracked my right upper 2nd premolar and they got me in within 2 days and extracted it without hardly any pain! God answered my prayer using Dr. Fandel with his knowledge and he took care of my implant also! I recommend him and his office very highly!!!🙂🙏

Great service and great atmosphere. Mackenzie did a great job and the Dr. Fandel was very nice. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to anyone needing dental work done!

After 4 months of pain and going to 3 different dentists Dr. Fendel pulled a tooth last week. Everything went smoothly. No pain during the procedure and minimal pain after. Dr. Fendel was excellent. All of his staff were so nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend for any procedure or just a routine visit!

Excellent care and Dr Fandel provides honest evaluation of your exam so not to have unnecessary cost. He uses quality dental products. The equipment/technology appears up to date.
