In my opinion it was very loud, impersonal and I felt like I was just a farm animal they were working on. I did not feel as if I was looked at more than just a paycheck. Very rough and sloppy. I had water splashed in my face many times, water running down my neck and when I attempted to wipe my face and neck off (they certainly didn't) they acted like I was really interrupting them. When I say it was loud, it was the music and all the staff laughing and talking. The work got done but I was sore and bruised for 2 weeks.

I'm in my (almost) mid-thirties and I have mostly kept regular dental appointments my whole life. I can honestly say in my experience, I've never come across such an overall cheerful and truly nice people in an office environment. Especially with Ava as the first and last point of contact, I always leave there with a smile, and a clean one at that!
I wish all businesses focused even half as much as them on customer satisfaction and providing an overall pleasant experience. Keep up the great work - you guys are seriously the BEST!
