Had a fall and broke some of my teeth. Dr Edwards and Melinda were amazing and got me fixed up. They are a good team and made me feel comfortable with the process as we determine next course of action. I am grateful for this dental office. Dr long was amazing also when he did my laser survey. Dr Edwards and Dr Long even had given me their number in case something came up after hours. What a blessing.

I had previously been with a dentist that I had seen my whole life and unfortunately had to change offices due to having a new insurance. This office had good reviews, so I thought there wasn’t going to be any issues. My first appointment to have my teeth assessed actually went very well. The service was great, and I was able to get an appointment for my yearly cleaning the very next day. I check in for my 11 am appointment at least 20 minutes early and waited. Other people who came in after me were getting seen within 10 minutes of arriving, but 40 minutes after my appointment time I was still waiting. I asked the girl at the front desk what was happening, and someone came back and told me I would be seen in 10 minutes. I was finally taken back around 11:50 and the Doctor I saw that day got to work on my cleaning. I don’t know how dental cleanings go with each Doctor, but I’m used to them lasting 40-50 minutes. This cleaning lasted 20 minutes, felt rushed, and was subpar; I still had areas after which hadn’t been cleaned. Keep in mind that this was also happening when everyone was taking a lunch break, cutting into this Doctor’s lunchtime, and I was the only patient in there. I just don’t understand how or why everything was good one day and the very next day this all happened. My one dental cleaning covered by insurance got wasted and if I want my teeth cleaned properly I would have to pay out of pocket; so now I have to wait another year before I can get my teeth cleaned again.

I have found my new dentist office and dentist (Dr. Garcia) and I'm NOT going anywhere else from now on!!! To begin with, they squeezed me in when they knew I was in pain and needed to see someone. The office is absolutely stunning and the staff is AMAZING!! Dr. Garcia was super sweet, kind and had the most delicate hands out of any dentist I've ever been to!! The equipment they have there is state of the art and they were immensely clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the facility and with the extra precautions they took because of the Covid virus. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and attended to detail. The dentists were extremely personable, listened to my concerns and explained my options. If you have no dental insurance, the clinic offers a plan which provides discounts on dental service and includes free cleanings and x-rays. They have digital x-rays and very current dental equipment. This was my first visit and I would highly recommend Advanced Dental Associates!
