Today I had my first dentist appointment in 5yrs. I was pretty nervous before getting there but as soon as I walked back I started to feel at ease. Holly took my X-rays and the doc came in to let me know I didn’t have any problems. The last dentist I went to told me I was going to need numerous fillings and intense cleanings. It was so nice to go to a dentist that is truthful and not just trying to scam you into getting a bunch of unnecessary work done. I got my cleaning with Maricela right after. She did a wonderful job. I will never go anywhere else again. Thanks to Holly for making me feel comfortable and also to Dr. Pfeiffer for being a great dentist.

My appointment got canceled while I was already seated in their waiting room because the hygienist no-showed. This was my second attempt to get in to see the dentist. My earlier appointment was canceled because “they had a leak.” I have been going to this dentist for over 25 years, but things have really gone downhill here the past few years. I’m looking for another dentist. I recommend that you look elsewhere, too.

Never had such an amazing dentist, very gentle. And that’s because I usually have to ask for the nitrous oxide gas because I don’t handle needles very well. Definitely not going anywhere else.
