Huebner Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

AMAZING experience! Staff was very friendly and the dentist and everyone makes you feel so welcome and at home. Very professional and lets you know they are going to take care of you. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff is pretty nice, but they try to upsell you products that you dont need, such as laser teeth cleaning (which cost me over 300.00 some dollars out of pocket), and invisible braces? or something of the sort, which they wanted to set up an appointment for me to go to another shop owned by someone else to get consultation.. I also asked to get X-Rays for my jaw because it hurts when I yawn or open too wide, they took X-Rays of my teeth (and I thought jaw) and when I asked the dentist if she could tell me what was wrong, she said that the actual doctor had to tell me and that he wasnt there that day...and that I'd have to come back (meaning I'd have to pay for another visit). If the woman dentist couldn't even tell me what was wrong what is the purpose of her being there, or even them taking X-Rays? So now I have X-Rays, no explanations and thats it.

(04/27/22) - Brandy called me today and we talked about what happened. She apologized on behalf of the staff and explained that changes had been made since my visit and that things shouldn't have happened the way they did. I should get a call back tomorrow on the follow-up we talked about, in which I may finally get the consultation on my jaw I went to the dentist for originally.

As of 05/02/22 - Have not received a call back since last time (04/27/22)

Awesome experience from scheduling the appointment to getting my cleaning. The office is extremely nice and clean. Very modern, and they do so many things to make patients feel at ease and comfortable. They have Netflix with your choice of show and a screen on the ceiling. Genuinely awesome place. Gabby was amazing, helpful and very thorough. If you’re able to request someone, she’s ya girl.

I have had my fair share of very traumatic dental experiences starting from my childhood all the way through my young adult life . I get an anxiety just by thinking about dentists and dental offices and as bad as it sounds i have been trying to avoid visits as much as i could. But i needed some work done and i decided to search for dental offices around me as I recently moved to San Antonio from another state. I have found Huebner Smiles through google search and despite the office being a little further then I initially was looking for i decided to give it a try and so far I don’t regret it. I only had a cleaning done so far and still have some work that needs to be done but that one visit was enough for me to say that i had a great experience, my hygienist Josh was super nice and welcoming. He did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and at ease. My 10 year old got her cleaning done by Josh as well and she loved him. She said he was very nice . I am looking forward to the rest of my visits!!!

I love the dentists and staff at Huebner Smiles (especially Kat)! They are friendly professionals who truly care about their patients. When I was getting my wisdom teeth removed the dentists and dental assistant were so attentive to my needs.
Dr. Goldwyn and Dr. Bustos are amazing as well! I always feel relaxed and comfortable visiting the dentist which is saying a lot! 100% recommended; no complaints!

For years I've dreaded going to the dentist's office as I haven't had many pleasant experiences. This office is totally different! From the front desk and check in clerks to the dental hygienists to the dentists themselves everyone is super friendly and they make you feel so welcome! Literally the most painless dentist appointments I've had and I've had a few procedures done here. Highly recommend if you're looking for friendly, prompt, professionals and gentle dentists:)

This office is probably one of the most well organized businesses I've encountered in quite some time. The staff is amazing from start to finish and that really speaks volumes about the management. Dental work has always made me anxious, but they've gone above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. Great place! If I could double the stars I would!

They’re always incredibly nice and prompt. Their goal seems to be to make your experience quick, quality and with as little anxiety as possible.

BEST DENTIST EVER! I told them I have high anxiety and they actually listened to me and explained what they did as they were doing it. They took steps to ensure my comfort throughout the whole visit. It really put me at ease. 10/10 would recommend!

Best dental office in town!! I recommend Dr.Bustos, she is kind and gives speedy service. Jackie the front desk is very quick to answer questions and will do it with a smile! Will be bringing my whole family to them.
