Very caring staff. Very clean facility and they take into account with what’s going on in the world rn (COVID-19) Dr. Adam Smith is superb at his job, very generous, kind, you have a question he’ll give you an answer. And his assistant Derek makes sure everything is running as smooth as possible with whatever you have going on. Plus the fact that Dr. Smith came in on his day off too take care of me, says a lot about his work and determination for his patients. All employees are very educated. And they care for their patients. Highly recommended

This place us truly amazing!!! Today was my 3rd time seeing Dr Smith and first time meeting Juliet...both who are extremely cool, down to earth, and professional...i had got a root canal and a crown put in which was painless, comfortable, and speedy...watched Rick and Morty the whole time and at some points forgot i was being worked on in a chair...truly great experience...my cirlce is going to start coming here and yours should too....you WON'T regret it! Best dentist ever!!!

They have a great friendly staff, Ashley is very attentive. Both my daughter and I come here for our dental needs. They make her feel comfortable and safe. I've had my wisdom teeth pulled and fillings done here. They make sure you don't feel any pain.

I never fill these out, but it was such an amazing experience that I have too. Firstly, I am a full time student, I'm getting married, and I work a full time job. If you’re reading this and you’re asking yourself why mention all theses things? Well, the reason is because I called at 10:35am to make an appointment to hopefully get a deep clean done on my teeth and possibly a whitening before the wedding at the end of this month. THEY FIT ME IN! I walked in and their where two ladies working the front desk with nothing but smiles on and were super helpful. After I get called into the examination room the tech/doctor not sure to be honest, but we had a delightful conversation and kept everything very lite even though she was taking X-rays of my ugly teeth! After that I am brought into the room where the doctor introduced himself and for once gave me the option of novocain or numbing gel. Never in my history of dentist visits have I ever had a choice! Hands down I won’t go anywhere else from here on out. All around a great team, fun environment, and beautiful work done on my teeth. Thank you, and if y’all see this I really just want to say thank you

Finding a good dentist isn't always easy but I'm glad i found smile structure. From when we walked in, they made us feel welcomed. Dentists were great! We got Karla Gonzalez as the dental asst and she was great. She kept my daughter calm when she got nervous during her visit. Very friendly staff. Strongly recommend this dental office!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about the Ingram location! All the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. Carla was wonderful. My son had to have an extraction and she went above and beyond to make my son and myself comfortable. My son having heart issues the risk was very scary. She made sure to schedule me on her shift and walk me through what to expect. Carla even called after the appointment to ensure my son and I were okay. Dr. Rackham was amazing as well he made sure we went with the best option for my son and was very honest. I will definitely refer all my family and friends to this location.

Dr. Smith is absolutely fantastic. All the staff is amazing and very helpful. Customer satisfaction is the best I've received at any dentist. The procedures are essentially painless and the equipment and tools are advanced and updated. Big thank you to Sandra and Derek who are very knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. The office is near and clean with a little theater for everyone and an arcade machine for entertainment. Would not recommend any other dentist. Thank you again Dr. Smith!

I was very nervous at first to get braces, but when I came over here, they were very explanatory and nice. They are also very welcoming and like to get to know their patients. It’s a very friendly environment to be around and I wouldn’t want to get treated for my braces anywhere else

It was my first visit today. The whole staff were very nice, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I didnt even have to deal with my insurance, bc they took care of everything for me! I go back next week to start the work needed on my teeth. DEFINATELY recommend!
