This dental office is nothing but wonderful!! My boys love the environment. Dr. Martinez and Dr. Taverna have done a great job treating my kids. Their assistants Gussie and Hilda are also very amazing. Highly recommend! Very friendly and welcoming environment!

Very amazing customer service. Every staff member I’ve come in contact with have been very helpful, respectful, and very kind. My family and I have been coming here for many years and we don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I would also like to share that Carolina who did my X-rays did a very good job in making me feel comfortable and was very kind.

South Park Family Dental Care is AWESOME!! The friendly family culture & care is THE BEST I have ever experienced. Jay, the clinical manager took time just to check on me periodically during a particularly painful tooth issue I had this past Nov. Valerie and the rest of the staff never made me feel like an inconvenience when I kept them longer on an early close time the day before Thanksgiving 2022 giving me that extra care and attention I needed. I literally left in tears overwhelmed with gratitude at their level of care & compassion for me. Dr. Izzasoust’s practice is nothing short of AMAZING.

Carla T made my cleaning experience great! She was efficient, however she made sure to throughly clean my teeth. I appreciated how informative she was about the cleaning process as well. The front desk staff is also very welcoming. Gotta love Lulu.

I had the best experience the second visit because of Gussie… the first visit she helped me too, it’s just my first visit I had a couple of panic attacks and she figured out how I can get my procedure done without the epinephrine…. That’s what was causing my panic attacks. But I’ve suffered years with anxiety, most people do not have this problem, I’m also anxious about laughing gas so I couldn’t do that either. Thank God for her and my dentist! Great team!

Horrible Experience! I scheduled my appointment yesterday, and got a call today saying they gave up my appointment spot because I didn't confirm my appointment. I had just scheduled the appointment the day before, and I wasn't able to answer their "Confirmation call". Receptionist today said that was their rules, realized that they shouldn't have done that, but instead of admitting what they did & apologize, she pushed an ultimatum. Horrible Office Policies! How can you get rid of an appointment a day after you scheduled it?
