9am appointment only to wait 3hrs for a check up and cleaning for 1 child, while families of 5 to be called in ahead and attended to faster. Ridiculous.

Have been bringing my son since his first dental appointment at 6 months. He will be turning 3 in Nov. To this day I have not had any complaints. Staff is always friendly and love the friendly appointment reminders

Worse experience I've ever encountered, appointment got changed with no prior notice and then I was treated as if it was my fault when I was just showing up to what was written on appointment card. Lady at the front desk never even acknowledged the fact that I had an appointment card she continued to say it didn't matter what was written in card it's what she had scheduled what counted. Yet I was told both kids would be seen at same time not separate days. I informed her how upset I was because I had to schedule time off from work in advance and couldn't just come again the next day, but again it felt like I was being blamed for showing up to the appointment I was scheduled for.
