I am disappointed. Nothing major, but I will not return. I sent my son to this dentist because they are a provider for my UT plan. I have great coverage. It should only cost me $7 (awesome!!). However, they are like some greedier dentists who push the unnecessary “extras” to patients with healthy teeth. Extras like “brush on” fluoride that is NOT covered. He is young and did not know better (college- still learning that when doctors ask you to sign, you don’t have to do it).
It’s little things that separate the fair dental practice from the great ones.
it’s the little things... trying for a buck here and a buck there. It matters.
