I have extensive knowledge in the field! We moved here and i had a chipped tooth with a lost filling out of a Lower bicuspid. Damaged from a Porcelain fused to metal crown a rookie put on in Richmond VA! I have had the absolute best dental treatment during my 20 in the Air Force. Gold Crowns, Root Canals done by the Best! I have teeth in Dental Text Books!

I came into Randolph Dentistry in pain, I wanted the tooth resolved before any talk of plans or anything else! low and Behold the Dentist came in and very quickly described a list of treatments in clouding bridges and crowns and I said just pull the tooth! Then antler woman came in with a list of procedures and a cost analysis! I said once again, I know when I have lost, Pull the tooth!

During the time I waited i grew more anxious as the Dentist had a slide show on in the lobby that was a bunch of Clef palate kids a, a Military member who was wounded and pictures of her by her new Corvette! Don't take your kids here, they'll have nightmares! Most dentists have on cartoons!
They finally pulled the tooth, overcharged me even though I had insurance and i left! They wanted 3800 dollars, offered financing, and was going to do the cutdown and impressions the same day! I should have received a Root Canal, it was only a bicuspid!
Something wrong with these people and they may be billing insurance wrong!

It's the cleanest, nicest dental office I've ever been to! The staff is just wonderful, and everyone's nice.
Dr. Vardeman didn't even have to numb me up to get my fillings done, and she did it really quick and painlessly, I could not be more satisfied! 👍

I was charged 50$ for a full mouth X-ray. They took the X-ray before they even asked when the last time I had one done. When I told them I had not had xrays the previous year they tried to tell me that this specific one was down 1 time every 36 months with my insurance. I looked up my insurance policy and this X-ray is done 1 time in a lifetime for new patients to this insurance. They were lazy and did not check. Every time I go in there they push about teeth whitening or invaslign or a new retainer. It is all about money to them. They also said they would audit me about the 50$ and they never called me. Almost a month later I called to find out what was going on (death in family caused a delay in me reaching out) and it took the girl 10 minutes to figure out where it was in my file. When I asked the first time back when I was billed they said it was for an exam this time they said it was for an x-ray. Something is not right here.

Always professional. Joe did a great job cleaning and DR V took care of a couple fillings. Love these people, they always make me feel great and thourghly explain my dental plan.

After trying for HOURS to find an open pediatric dental clinic we finally found Randolph Family Dental. In an emegerent dental need for our daughter, they squeezed us in within minutes of speaking to someone and did the work necessary to save our daughters teeth with the upmost care. Not only did they handle our daughter with care, grace, and compassion, but they also managed to calm my nerves and reassure me (not an easy task). Our daughter left with a smile no different than the one she had before her accident, and we have made them our primary dental clinic for our entire family based off how amazing they did with everyone involved. I HIGHLY reccomend.

I had porcelain veneers placed on my top, front two teeth three years ago from this practice. About six months ago, my gums started receding away form the veneers. I went to another dentist who told me the cause was that they didn’t get good enough margins and the seel started leaking. So now I’m looking at paying thousands of dollars to fix their mistake by getting new veneers or having a gum transplant. This office also tried to fraud me by having me pay several hundred dollars and then billing my insurace the exact same price. Would not recommend this place for ANY cosmetic dentistry.

Thank you guys at the office for helping me take care of my teeth even though I was nervous, my treatment was more simple than I thought and even though I was really nervous they were very understanding and helped me be more comfortable. 10/10 dental office and dental team!

I had an appointment and forgot about the appointment. They were still able to squeeze me in later in the afternoon and take the time to take care of my daughter's space maintainer. I am happy with their service and knowledge in getting the dental care she needs.

This dental office is awesome. What I was impressed with was their desire for perfection in doing what I consider an art. Such a desire for perfection resulted in my pleasure for choosing them to do the work for me. Such a pleasure to be in the hands of absolute professionalism.
