Took my daughter who is terrified of the dentist. She ended up having one cavities and needed treatment. Dr C did a wonderful job making her feel comfortable and highly recommend Value Dental. And was so glad they took my insurance also which is a huge plus

Customer service and dental care at this place is horrible. If you read the low scoring reviews of this place, it’s all true. Most of the 5 star ratings are the actual employees of the company throwing the ratings off. Anyone writing details in a review are the obvious real people who have gotten treatment done. I agree with Sherrie Taylor (read her review), they treat you on how well your insurance is. Good coverage = Great money to make off of you. If you have a lot of allowance from your insurance they will find any way to use it all up. There is a lot of pressuring to get treatment done and a lot of whispering and back talk behind you. My kids have gotten poorly place fillings. Jagged edges, fillings popping out, it’s because Dr. Chitkara rushes to do treatment. Good quality work won’t pop out no matter what stupid excuse she tells you. Also quality dentistry is not done with your hands and fingers to place a filling. We have been to another dentist since and no fillings have popped off because of “my kids brushing to hard” or “my kids eating crazy hard/sticky foods”—all stuff she’s said to avoid the real reason of her poor work. For braces the brackets pop off every other week! Mind you I had braces back in the day when dental technology isn’t as nearly as it is today and NONE of my brackets ever popped off. Clearly she is not doing braces right. If I have to constantly take time out of the day and bring my kid in to get it placed back on is a waste of time & money. Go somewhere else where you are treated with better value, quality and respect.

I have personally had to use this place to do a root canal highly recommended reasonable prices guaranteed service definitely flexible payment plans and highly recommended.
The kids absolutely feel safe with their professionalism and expertise on handling the anxiety

I just came back from my BEST DENTAL VISIT. I had toothache since past few days. I am a very nervous patient and I was recommended to see this office by my family who has been a patient with Dr Chitkara since past 6 years. She is so good and has gentle hands and will treat you like family. The staff will explain you everything about the treatment and the plan and will not charge you anything without letting you know before. I loved the staff and I ABSOLUTE LOVE THIS OFFICE. People don't get fooled by other dentists in the area with higher price tags. I WILL ALWAYS SEE DR CHITKARA. THANKS YOU VALUE DENTAL.

I love this place! I have been coming here for a couple years now and it is awesome! The doctor is great, the dental assistants are great and even the orthodontist that comes in is wonderful!

I had a root canal done and honestly, I didn't hurt that bad after it was done!!! My partial never came out and had my permanent crown in. Dr. Surina Chitara is the absolute BEST Dentist I've ever had!!!! I can't recommend her enough. I've had Dentist's in the past bruise my mouth and really hurt me and she NEVER did!!!! Highly recommend Value Dental!!!!

My kids and i hate dentist. I cant say how much we all love her. My son had been into a fight and broke his tooth in half she seen him the same day and got him taken care of. She was very compassionate to the situation and had concern for my son. The staff are just as amazing as the doctor. She is now our family dentist.

I can not say enough GREAT stuff about the staff and Dr. C. They eased every bit of tension my son and I had about going to the dentist. I will definitely continue bringing both of my boys here. Dr. C is amazing with kids.

The dentist and her assistant were verh co-operative With my mouth and eased the pain. Very pleased and happy with my Visit.

Really great family oriented place, the staff is amazing especially Amber. She is sweet, down to earth and just all around awesome, and most definitely a hard worker. She always is a ray of sunshine.
