Took my son for the first time and it was a great experience! The service was fast and the dentist was nice and funny! Dr,Chitkara made my son and I feel very comfortable! Definitely recommend this clinic!

By far the worst dental office in seagoville tx.They do not know how to do their jobs ,my daughter went in for a teeth cleaning and showed them her insurance and after they finished they told her the insurance didnt pay for it and that she couldnt leave untill she paid cash for their work ,holding her there till my other daughter came and got the money from me they did this to her infront of every one in the office customers and all .which is their fault being they didnt verify insurance even when she showed it to them first. So my guess would be they did this on purpose to make her pay cash cause they dont like doing the whole process of dealing or billing the insurance company. Beware of this dental office make sure they verify your insurance first or you ll be stuck there untill you can pay cash in full for the visit....Didnt even want to give them one star but had in order to post this review

DO NOT use this dentist for Children....
I took my 8 year old daughter to have cavities filled.
the 1st one they drilled to see her pain level with NO anesthetics, gas, or gel, she came off the table. Then they went to fill 2nd filling put gel on her gums prior to giving her a shot, but then 3rd filling no gel just gave shot on gums. My daughter was so scared of the pain and is now traumatized by this dentist visit. I ask them multiple times "Do you not give children the Gas in a mask (Nitrogen) to calm them down?" Was just given excuses and ignored as the proceeded to work on my daughter.
