Staff and Doctors are always so patient and kind. Everyone’s very personable. Appointments are very gentle and pretty fast mostly. I’ve gotten all my wisdom teeth out same day less than an hour and very minimal pain ( didn’t even have to take any painkillers). Straight after I’ve gotten my braces and they’ve been very patient, helpful, and thorough the whole way through. Would def recommend

I love charm dental! The staff are professional, welcoming, and inviting for new patients! Making appointments are super easy with no hassle. I appreciate that they are on top of their game when it comes to giving reminders for upcoming appointments. The staff at Charm Dental are the best in their hospitality. I came in for a checkup/wisdom tooth consult. They asked if I was able to come in later that day and were flexible with what times they could assist me that same day. I let them know my concerns before and during the removal they attentively monitored my condition by asking frequently asking if I was okay. I did not feel a thing other than mild pressure. They communicated with me to make sure I knew when the pressure was going to increase so that I would be prepared. They sent me home with proper care instructions and sent my medication over to the pharmacy immediately. Afterwards, they thanked me for being such a good patient. By far, the best dentist office I have been to ever. So grateful for the amazing team they have up at Charm Dental off Louetta!
