Unprofessional entire dental office team !!!
If you really in pain, don’t even try to come here for “FREE” exams and consultation, they will take advantage of your situation. The office is nice and modern and be ready to pay in modern way! Unbelievably Overpriced!
First they claim free exam,x-ray, but if you change your mind to go somewhere else (just because prices are insanely high , they will refuse you to give your OWN X-RAY!!!
I came there with pain and of course I was ready for anything, but not just fine what they offer , and it was so obvious that something is wrong, now way in this earth you can give discount from $11K -$8k to $6K, like how ? I said I need to think because I’m self-paid , I can’t just give you cash $6K, I have a right to walk away because I’m trying to fit my budget.
Next I was needed my x rays, I called front seat just lied to me to wait 20 min, after calling them back she is still lying that she can’t see the person that can make that decision. Decision? Of what ? To email me my own x ray ? And they know if you visiting another dentist office they must take x ray, and they know you can’t do 2 x ray.
Next she said I’m sorry we can’t email you. Whaaat ???!
Here in US you telling me I can’t get my own x ray ? Why ? Because I left your expensive office ? You did that promo-trick with free exam, so people will force to use your service. Crazy! Well I said I will pay I don’t care just email me my x ray, and again she saying we can’t!
Until my husband start being rude with them, then they agree to email my my x ray for $150!
Just complete garbage personal!
And on top of that the doctor itself, give me totally wrong diagnoses. Said I have to do 9 fillings + my pain .
When I went to another office it was nothing like 9 filings! I ended up paying only $2K for whole treatment at different office.
Don’t know how they even have all 300 reviews with 5 starts , seems like they spend all Their profit for advertisements and that is why you will pay to promote them !
THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!

Very professional. Customer Friendly.Good with new patient. Time management is excellent and Its definitely worth the visit i’ll recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.. The pricing is good when you think about Dental work. Insurance or Not you wont be disappointed. The place will give you a vibe once you walk in.

Very clean and professional environment. Alexander was very informative and was helpful. The dentist was quick but yet kind to hear our issues. Our first time here and I hate going to the dentist and experience was awesome.

Maria and the Staff is amazing! Maria took such care and was so informative with what she was doing the entire time! She put me at ease and made the experience so great! The entire vibe of this place is amazing! It has such a fun open setting in the waiting room as well as perfect privacy for exam rooms! Everything in general is such an azing vibe! I was nervous coming here for the first time but the whole experience has been simply amazing! I definitely will be choosing to return for all my dentistry needs and encourage my family and friends to visit for their need!

The location is very clean and the front crew are very friendly and helpful and the Dr Ehsan and his assistant Kyle are amazing they are patient and the whole process was smooth and easy very knowledgeable and extremely comforting

Hands down, a phenomenal practice! During our first visit we were blown away at the amazing customer service at the front desk and everyone else we came in to contact with. Melissa at the front desk was so helpful and friendly with my 350+ questions! When we came back for my daughter to get her braces each member of the team went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable during the entire treatment- including getting her a blanket so she wouldn’t be cold.
I will definitely be recommending Nu Dentistry to all my friends and family!

This is without a doubt the best dentistry office I've been to in Texas. I highly recommend this dentistry office.
The design and ambiance of the office really made me feel comfortable. The staff and the doctor are masters of their craft. They are very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. After addressing all my concerns I knew that I was in good hands. I really can't recommend this dentistry enough.

Needed an emergency extraction. The staff was nice enough to make me a same day appointment with short notice. They were thorough and even provided recommendations for an overall treatment plan. The Dr. of course treated my chief complaint and did so quickly keeping his promise to get me out in enough time to catch my daughters softball game. This team was phenomenal!! They were kind, respectful, responsive, prompt, and not to bad on the eyes.! All were Cuties!

BEST dentist experience ever!!! The dentist is very modern and beautiful from the inside. The staff and doctors are extremely nice and make you feel very welcoming. It is a very professional and clean environment, i will definitely schedule my next appointment at Nu Dentistry. I recommend everyone to get their dental work done here.

Been a while since I’ve been to the dentist and things have certainly changed - this place is stunning. Very friendly and personable staff, beautifully modern office, and cool new tech 😆 they were quick to call and get me an appointment the next day, had my cleaning and treatment plan with 0 pressure on next steps after my cleaning. Really enjoyed my experience!
